Called at 5pm to ask if I could order a party catering box to pick up around 7pm – 8pm. ( My son announced at 4:45 that he had 6 friends coming over). The order was ready in under 40 mins AND they called to tell me it was ready. The sandwiches were excellent, staff were outstanding, price was on par. Definitely going back to this location.

The amount of mold and mildew inside and out of this location is extremely disturbing. My recommendation would be to not eat what is produced within this facility, as I prepared and watched others devour their contamination. In addition, the management frequently mocks, bullys, and trashes disabled individuals. Quite atrocious acts in the business world as a “contributer” to the community.

Total confusion! I left with out my food because the two customers before were already unhappy. Young guy in the back calling customers stupid. Almost 45 mins for nothing

The employees said I only get paid to cut the lunch meat not talk to the customer. Very bad customer service

Subs are great and so are the brownies. I always ask to cut only in half, but it doesn’t always happen like that. Pay close attention to the sandwich attendant.

Jersey mikes sucks now…ever since they changed the bread a few years ago to the same cheap garbage that subway makes and halved the amount of actual meat they put on it. The cheese is super paper thing now too.. And on top of that a sandwich for over 10bux?!?!..u guys have officially lost ur minds and ill never go back…sorry, get back to customer service first and giving the customer good quality at a good price and not just qworry about profits for the investors and ill think about coming back

Great food!!! The girl with the greasy GREASY hair and was very rude to everyone that walked through the line including an elderly lady that was coming through the line. The grease ball asked her very rudely “WOULD YOU LIKE SOMEONE ELSE TO MAKE YOUR SANDWICH?!” When the lady was clearly done putting toppings on her sandwich. There is another girl there that also is very rude to customers. The taller guy with grey hair is very pleasant and nice as well was Amber? (Red haired woman) the cashier. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen these employees be flat out RUDE to customers and that’s what made me want to write this. People are still people and none of the customers were even slightly rude. I’ve worked hospitality for years and there are some difficult customers. The customers were not the problem.
