This is an update. I went here last night and there was a bunch of younger people working. One was super friendly but kept screwing up our order. The girl who prepared the subs was a bit rude, didn’t take my gluten allergy seriously, and just had an overall attitude that she could careless if she were there. The place was also not kept clean as customers came and went. They were also behind on online orders. I hope this changes because I like this location.

Customer Service is atrocious. If Jersey Mike’s was crowded, I could understand, but there was only me and one other person in line. There were 5 employees behind the counter. A simple, “We’ll be right with you” would have sufficed. I can’t imagine how the service would be if they were crowded. I’ll just stick with Subway, or Jimmy John’s.

My husband and I had never had Jersey Mike’s subs. We weren’t crazy about the bread. It was not bad food, but it could have been better. Would try again.

Great food. Great service. The employees are very welcoming and always greet you with a smile. The sandwich meat is freshly sliced right in front of you and very delicious.

A hundred times better than subway! (In my opinion) I can go to subway and eat two footlongs and still eat dessert, I go to Jersey Mike’s and get a “giant” chicken kahuna and it lasts me the days, less than half of it fills me up! I convinced my mother to try a cold ham and beef, she’s hooked now!

Been here several times and always been great, except today. I asked for double meat on my #13 like normal and they put the regular amount of the thinnest slices I ever seen and charged me for extra. They said they don’t sell double meat and put more on it then they normally do. Kinda disappointing that they talk to people like that, the bearded dude wasn’t pleasant at all and the guy in glasses who wrapped it up for me either. I’ve got more meat on a sandwich when I don’t order double meat. What a shame

Called 1st time back in Dec, needing 20 subs for a work party within the hour and they delivered! Cody did a fantastic job taking care or us! Had another work event to order for again today, so without hesitation picked Jersey Mike’s again! This time we got Q, he did an awesome job as well taking great great care of us! We will have another big order coming their way soon because these two store reps took such great care of us!

I was so excited to see a JM come to Florence. Worst BLT I’ve ever purchased from this chain(over 15yrs). 3 pieces of bacon on a reg size sandwich. Just wow. Nothing like a lettuce and Mayo sandwich…especially with that price. Horrible.

This place was busy! Luckily I ordered ahead on the app so I didn’t have to wait. If you are not familiar with the area (I was just passing by and saw it advertised on I-95) it is tucked away in the Academy Sports Plaza, not very well advertised.
