My order was incorrect even though I had it detailed. I had 2 types of wheat bread unless the top on one side was so wet and soggy that it turned bright. The other sandwich with white bread had my banana peppers on it. I thought going back a couple of months later, things would be better, but if course No! I even changed the sandwich in hopes this would be right, but no! I’m good at going back cause they can’t get it right when under pressure. I also said no tomatoes.

Gaint Ham and Turkey Club on wheat, Mike’s Way.. You can’t go wrong. Freshly made, fresh condiments with Crispy crunchy bacon. There are no other words but Super Awesome and Wonderfully Delicious. Unsweetened tea clear, clean, crisp, and refreshing taste. Staff friendly and attentive. Great service. Will return.

The manager Liz is completely unprofessional & needs a lesson in equal service! I went to Jersey Mike’s on my 40 minute lunch break stood in line for 15 minutes! When it was time for me to place my order!! I was told I could not order the hot sub that I stood in line for 15mins for! Because Liz had a cater order to get out for USC that they paid $1800 for!! A commercial grill! Couldn’t squeeze in a few ounces of meat to be cooked for a paying customer??! I eat at Jersey Mike’s all the time! Between my family & I , I know they make 2000$ easy a year off of us!! I told her that she should put signs up at the door “no hot subs” at this time! And she told me she don’t have to put anything up! So I guess if you’re not spending $1800 with this jersey Mike’s your money doesn’t matter!

Hands down the worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. The customer service was Beyond POOR! They do not greet you coming in. They are slow. They don’t have any enthusiasm about being at work. The guy was moving so fast he knocked my sandwich over completely dismantling the entire sandwich and continued to wrap it up and didn’t even hand it to me he sat it on the counter and said nothing just proceeded to do watever he was doing. Not yo mention every condiment and topping had another topping in it. Very unsanitary. They are very rude and seems to be very unkept. I’ll never visit that location again. 0/10

I’ve only been here a handful of times and the environment is always clean, good vibes, employees friendly & courteous. I also pick up door dash orders and they always have the food fixed promptly unless it’s busy but they still are timely on the way they serve. Definitely would recommend to a friend

New Jersey subs what is going on . This is the second time. I have order on line and arrive and my sandwich is not ready. And I check extra meet and no extra meat, because the guy was to busy trying to make the sandwich . ONLY when I arrive . # I have to find another sub place

I went 30 mins within closing hours and the staff treated me as if I were the first customer of the day! My food was still made fresh and no attitudes were given, even with my special requests! I would highly recommend!!

Being from up north. 10 minutes out of Philly. I kind of expected Jersey Mike’s Philly steak to be a little better than it was. It was okay but it was missing that Philly fling. On a nice amarosa bun with a little bit more steak on it and I didn’t like the back. They don’t have ketchup but for being down south it’s pretty good.
