Not impressed. I’ve given this location numerous tries. The first time I went, there were beard hairs (multiple) in my sandwich. I shouldn’t have gone back after that but I did. This time, I paid $26 for a giant club sub (DoorDash) and this is what I received. The amount of meat and toppings is laughable. I’ve never had a bad experience at any other Jersey Mike’s location but this one is terrible. Not worth the money at all. I won’t be returning.

It was my first time here and really nice! Fresh and yummy! I’ve eaten once in NC this was my second time! I read reviews before I went there. There’s no problem with my order. The guy who did my sub was very nice and asked if I really wanted this/that in my subs! I wish I told the guy to put more vinegar in mine! I love red wine vinegar! Will definitely go back again soon!

I don’t typically leave reviews that are negative because I don’t want to be “that person” but the manager of the camden location was one of the rudest employees I have ever come in contact with and this isn’t the first issue with her. There have been several instances of her being snappy, short, and just plain rude for no reason and not just to me. So I finally called and asked what her name was, which I believe started with a K and i asked how to spell it and she said “you can figure that out yourself.” I simply okay thank you! and she hung up on me! The sweet doordash lady came and she said they were talking “very nasty about me” and told her “good luck with that girl” (her words not mine) I apologized she had to sit there and listen to who knows what they said and explained it. She then described the woman and she said she refuses to eat there anymore because she is always rude to her and others and won’t even speak if you say hello. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed 🙁

It’s Extremely Frustrating to pay almost 20 dollars for a sub and get less and less meat each visit as time goes on at this location… I visit Jersey Mike’s all over the southeast and have NEVER felt like I was handing over money and not getting what I think is fair in return, ( only at this location). This is a small town that has limited options for food. Why short your most supportive clientele ? Why not have the same standard as every other jersey Mike’s? Because it’s in a small town and you know you can pinch a penny and there’s nothing we can do about it?

I used to be a weekly loyal customer. I stopped going because of an incident of disgusting behavior. This was back on 8/7/2020. Some things have been dealt with and the store has went back to being a great over all experience (7/8/23)! The food is top notch! Service is fast and very friendly! I only give it 4 stars because the prices are a bit high. Don’t get me wrong, it’s worth it… but, still a bit high. Definitely left a tip! Great job!
