Jersey Mikes has the best subs around. The steak and cheese and the Italian are our go to and never disappoint. Yes they’re busy, not always the quickest to clean up and not cheap but always delicious and you walk away content.

It was very expensive (almost $50) for the lowest quality gluten-free sandwiches I’ve ever eaten in my life. The guy behind the counter was very rude. This was our first time at Jersey Mike’s, so we weren’t sure of their process. The guy made it sound like you just tell him what you want on it, you pay, then wait until it’s done while getting drinks. So we gave them our order and did just that, then they yelled the number of the sandwich in a very rude tone. My husband goes up there thinking it’s done, and he has to repeat the order 3 times again to these people, and they still didn’t get it right. At that point, I was so hungry and annoyed I just ate the stupid sandwich. Then my husband’s hot sandwich was wrong too because it was supposed to be chicken but they put beef. I understand that it can be stressful working in jobs like these, I’ve been there but goodness gracious this was bad and not worth what we spent. We left disappointed.

I came in today with my husband to order food for dinner. I chose the number 13 and ask for the giant. The man taking our order ask if it was for us to share and when I said no I’d be taking some to lunch tomorrow he gave me a (yeah right look) so already uncomfortable we finish our order and was checking out when he told me I know it’s good but don’t eat it all in one setting. I just smiled amd left the store feeling completely humility and (fat shamed) will never enter this place again.

Food was what you’d expect from Jersey Mikes but the service was lacking. I was the only customer in the place and had to repeat my order multiple times because the employees were too distracted talking among themselves. I felt like I was interrupting something. No one seemed to even acknowledge they had a customer standing in front of them for a minute or two when I first arrive (4-5 people milling around).

We came to asheville to jump on the blue ridge parkway. Decided to come to Jersey Mike’s to pick up a sandwich when they opened. The man that opened sat in his car until 10AM exactly. Another employee showed up at three minutes later, and I believe the manager showed up at 10:06AM Driving like he was at the indi five hundred. Way to prepare for your customer’s people.
