I was in and out within minutes. When I came in, there was no line, and they were quick and efficient. I don’t go often, so I don’t have a reward card, but they do ask each time and are pleasant. I took my sandwich to go, but the space seemed clean, and the diners seemed happy. I would return. Only reason I don’t go often is they are on pricer side.

Fast service, good food and lots of variety. Everything is sliced fresh right in front you. For that matter, your food is prepared from start to finish right in front of you. I wish they had a little more variety in cookies. As a general rule, we eat here once a week and we plan to continue.

First time here and I was not impressed at all. The employees were not helpful at all, kinda rude. I had the turkey cold sub and it was ok. Not for the price. My wife got a club and the bacon was almost all white ( see pic) it made her sick. Should have known it wasn’t going to be good when there was nobody eating there. Oh well, Firehouse has the best subs hands down. Only a couple of blocks past Jersey Mike’s by the way. Very disappointed. Would not recommend Jersey Mike’s.

Got a chicken Philly.(My fav). When I went to eat it on the road I had finely ground chicken that I couldn’t eat because it fell out. When I went back and told them my problem, I said I ordered an chicken Philly no cheese and explained the problem. They gave me another sandwich as I ordered but this time no peppers or onions.

Ordered online through the app on a Saturday evening. A friend went to pick it up for me. When the food arrived back at the house, there was a big note on the bag that said “Out of bacon. Sorry.” And when I checked the receipt, I was charged full price for both of the sandwiches that contained no bacon. Nobody attempted to contact me prior to making the sandwiches or I would have ordered something else. Try ordering a sandwich and having them add bacon and not charge for it. It’ll never happen. But, they don’t deduct that same amount that they would charge to add an item if THEY are unable to add one of the ingredients they advertise being on the sandwich due to being out of the ingredient. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer communication. Sandwiches were good, but would have been great if built as advertised. No more app for me. I’ll order over the phone instead.

We went to 2 different stores. It was around 6:30 pm, on a Friday. First one we went to in statesville, was out of bread. How do you be out of bread at a sandwich shop? Left and went to the hickory store. We both ordered a simple philly cheese steak. The people behind us got our order, do the had to remake it. Had to take it back because it wasn’t made right. Probably won’t visit either of those stores again
