I am from NJ and I have been in NC for about 4 years… and this has been the CLOSEST thing I have ever found to a hoagie down here. This particular location is very close to my house so I’m forever ordering food from it and I have never had bad service. The first time I went I did get “Subway” vibes the way they are set up but the food is definitely worth it enough to ignore that. So if you’re from up north and you miss your hoagies, I would definitely recommend.

On two separate occasions we came by at 8:30pm (hours posted online is 9pm) and they were closing up already! They got the fixings out to make our sandwiches the last time we came by but tonight they turned off the open sign and dimmed the lights inside and it was only 8:38pm! If you don’t want to have a successful business and serve your community then close and let another business take the spot. This location has never been very good with their service and refusing to stay open for the hours you have posted online is very disappointing. We won’t be back. The one on Copperfield Blvd is better anyway.

Good subs with fresh ingredients. I’ve had the #7 turkey breast and provolone on white, and the #13 original Italian. The sandwiches were good and made to order. There was not much wait and the staff gave us pickles on the side. Overall, I was satisfied with everything until the very end when I was paying, the staff asked me to answer a question on the credit card machine. It asked if I wanted to tip. At a sit down restaurant where servers come to your table, this might be acceptable, but I just ordered at the counter and took my sandwiches to go. It was a little off-putting. In general though, good sandwiches.

Sunday afternoon went and ordered a sandwich which was delicious. There is a server there. I don’t know his name but he has dreads always smiling and seems to know everyone that walks through that door because of him I’m rating this jersey Mike’s five stars. I don’t know if he’s a manager but he should be.

The owner and his team are just amazing! Smiling and welcoming and treating their customers like people and not like paychecks! Thank you for this amazing experience! I will definitely bring my appetite here again. Highly recommend!!

I hope I spell his name correctly but you have a young man named DaQuan. He is an amazing employee for you. He greets people as they come in the door and is taking orders and cutting meat while they are still in line. Always a neat sandwich and with exactly what you ordered. Impressed. Keep up the good work young man!

I normally love Jersey Mike’s! They have the BEST subs around, hands down. However, I was let down this last time I was there. I placed an online order for pickup and while most of the subs were correct with what was ordered, some were not. Especially a roast beef sub that was ordered. I took one bite of the sandwich, and while it did taste good, there was hardly any meat on the sandwich whatsoever! If there was 2 slices of roast beef on this whole sub, that was being generous. Most of the sandwich was lettuce, which I asked for light lettuce and received about 1/2 lb, no lie. Some of the other sandwiches were missing ingredients that were asked for. It’s situations like this that make people not want to use the order ahead feature and just order it in store. This way, they have to make it in front of you and you know you’re getting what you’re asking for. Because you have no idea that your sandwiches are not what you ordered until you get home and open them up. At that point, who really wants to have to go back out, go back to the restaurant and go through the whole process over again. That was the point of order ahead. Just a huge let down from a place that I know normally does a better job than this.

Went in Sunday afternoon around 2 and guy there made me a really good sub and quick service. However when he finished a young lady came out from behind the back to run cash register. Very unfriendly and did not know prices of drinks. She was devoid of any personality and unhelpful with very poor customer service. But great sub the guy there made me and quick service.

I know inflation has hit everyone but prices have not deflated why is sandwich content.
