Since opening this store has started slipping downward. My sub wasn’t up to Mike’s usual tastes. Something was off. Bread seemed to be old and hard. Probably will stay away for awhile. Cost of the food and quality wasn’t compatible.

This store is Filthy! The employees there are rude. They make a mistake on my order. You let them know that’s not what you ordered. Then the girl at the register walks off. I ask the guy if he knows that I wanted a giant not a regular he gives me attitude and starts shaking his head at me. Then I ask him why are you shaking your head at me. The look on his face is how dare you. He goes on about people make mistakes, and I said that’s true, but I don’t deserve your attitude I’m not the one that made the mistake. Yes I walked out.

Very little meat and too thinly sliced. Way too much money for what you get. You get more for your money at Publix or Harris Teeter even subway. Will never go again.

Always love this place. However the girls behind the counter had their hair flopping around while making the sandwiches! Need to pull all their dang hair back! Management should use a little common sense here and enforce this basic hygiene requirement when handling food.

The sub was good… And it was larger than the subs I got at a grocery store deli nearby… However the cost was DOUBLE, while the sub was not double the size, and I really didn’t think it tasted any better. It was GOOD… Don’t get me wrong. And it’s worth trying, because you might feel that it is worth the money. I thought it was good, and it was big, but I wouldn’t get another because the cost seemed just a bit too high.

We ordered our food, drove 20 minutes to pick it up, we got home and it was the wrong order. We drove back to pick it up and got home with the wrong order again. Sandwiches were dry and did not have any thing on it that we ordered. They were the worst ever. There was no manager available to speak with. The employees weren’t too concerned about it either. This use to be my favorite place to eat around here, it definitely wasn’t the normal.

I would have given it five stars, but after four trips in I find the food delicious, but the staff was never in a good mood.

Has really gone down hill since it has became a corporate store. There are a few guys in there that prepare food well. But the store is dirty and needs attention. The drink station is always nasty so I can’t imagine how the food prep area looks. That’s what you get with management who is just drawing a check and teenage kids who don’t care.
