Used Jersey Mike’s app for delivery order. Never received food. Manager said it was a third party vendor issue and couldn’t help at all. Jersey Mike’s needs a better system to be accountable for failed deliveries. The manager said there was nothing he could do, about a 100 times. I disagree. He could have done the following:

The quality is just not there anymore for the price and it’s always hit or miss. workers act like they don’t want to be there and act bothered when you ask for simple requests such as a giant sandwich being cut into 4s which has been the standard in every other jersey mikes I’ve ever been too

The guy making the sub was so careful to listen to every detail. Thank you. I love my veggies but I didn’t go to Jersey Mike’s for a salad. I don’t like too much lettuce in my sub. He also didn’t overload it with oil and vinegar so the bread was soaking like it occasionally is when I visit the franchise.

Super rude service!!!! Ordered the #16 with chipotle mayo and they drowned my sandwich in mayo. The girl with the space buns rolled her eyes and had an attitude with me for no reason as well as the guy with locs. I will never return and will not recommend anybody else to do so I like Firetower better.

I ordered a veggie and a roast beef and provolone. The veggie came with almost no cheese. The roast beef came with almost no roast beef. This chain seeks to have a reputation of producing a superior sub that is worth premium prices. Lowering the quality of the sub will quickly wreck that reputation.

The sub was tasted good, but was tiny. I bought a full sub that is a half sub anywhere else. If not for the price I would assume it was off the kids menu. I’ll try other options. Good luck.

Poor customer service when I visited here Sunday. Took 5 mins for someone to take my order and it was one person in front of me they were caring on a conversation, but want gettinganything. When I told them I wanted a grilled veggie wrap the person acted if they didn’t know what I was talking about. So I told them don’t worry about it and I left. Want be visiting this location again.
