Just caught them at a bad time I guess. Waited 10 minutes before being acknowledged, then was greeted with “are you ready to order?” The guy barely had time to make eye contact…he was also apparently the only one there that could run the slicer. They were getting orders out of place and tried to combine mine with someone behind me. Then having finally gotten my to go order (a combo meal) they asked if I wanted it in a bag and I had to remind them to give me a beverage cup! Must’ve been an off night.

I came in and waiting 20 minutes to have my sandwich made.. the initial person was super friendly but the female manager Toni was extremely rude and unprofessional. She does not need to be a manager especially how she spoke to her employee after making a simple mistake. I would love the opportunity to speak with Toni’s manager.

**Update*. I called the number left in the reply to this review & spoke to a manager who said she didn’t know what I was talking about. She also said the only review she saw was from a month ago & that she was sorry she couldn’t help me. I also forgot to mention that before I left the reviews I emailed customer service through My Jersey Mike’s account with all of the information from my receipt and I still haven’t heard anything back from that. Very on brand with why I left the review in the first place.** It’s really disappointing to spend almost $10 on a half of sandwich with bread that resembled & taste like what I imagine stained plywood taste like. I really don’t understand why someone would serve that to a customer. Did you not feel it when you grabbed that brick that was supposed to be bread When I got home and unwrapped that plywood sandwich I was shocked & disgusted! What was I supposed to do sand it down before I bite into it? How does one find a way to mess up a Turkey sandwich. Oh I know…put the Turkey between old, stale, hard plywood like bread! I wish I could post the video so you can hear me knocking on it but it will only let me put the pic.

Not the worst location but the place is not that clean and the staff practices are not very hygienic. The meat slicer is nasty and the lady who makes the sandwiches repurpose fallen ingredients. I have no problem with repurposing the ingredients but the lettuce that fell from the sandwich had vinegar on it and she placed it back in the lettuce bucket. I’m disgusted with the store cleaning practices

Walked in and wasn’t greeted from any of the employees (6 employees). Stood in line for about 10 minutes. Very dirty food counter. Talking to other employees about side conversations outside of work. Very nasty because no one changed their gloves after walking away from food counter with all the toppings to go on sandwiches.

Food is good Jersey Mikes food and made well. My focus is the dumpster right by the store. The photo is from my seat inside is disgusting to see. Today I was going to eat in the shade in my car opposite the store from the dumpster. The stench of food rotting on the ground around the dumpster made me leave for fresh air.

3/26/23 had lunch for the club sub mini me type it was delicious they did awesome customer service was amazing overall a great lunch will be using this location for my future Scooby snack adventures now and future visits.
