I Had to repeat my order several times, they oddly didn’t even seem to know where they were. Then they rang me up without letting me put my rewards number in and forgot to make my order, when the person behind me left with their order I went up to see why they weren’t making any sandwiches and why they didn’t ask me how we wanted it. They made me wait for the next person that just walked in and then asked how we wanted it made and then tried to charge me again! Good thing I requested a receipt the first time. Food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t all that fresh either, the counters were filthy, and the service ensured I wont return. Probably be closed in a year or two like most things in Staunton.

It’s hard to find an allergy friendly meal when traveling. I usually avoid sandwich places because they’re iffy. Jersey Mikes is on my list now for sure. They do a glove change and put my sandwich on paper to keep it off the cutting board where they do everything. It was pretty good!

The only reason this was not a 5-star review is how our sandwiches were handled. First, sandwich put on counter for meat and cheese. Then moved to board where toppings were added. Then moved to counter where the same person who rings up and takes payments touches sandwiches with same gloves and cuts the sandwich and wraps it!! I almost became too grossed out to be able to eat. But try not to think about it and call it an immune booster. People were nice and sandwich was made fast.

My family and I have had several of the sandwiches from both the Stanton and Waynesboro Jersey Mike’s store, and they have all been delicious with a good quantity and surprisingly quick service for made to order food. Staff friendly and helpful.

Delicious subs. Always fresh tastes and friendly location for subs and sandwiches. I like that you can pickup food that you order in the internet without the need to talk at cashier just show proof or find the name in the area of where they’ll have the food for pickup.

Kudos to Jersey’s Mike’s in Staunton! They were swamped today during lunch with in person orders and online orders, the four staff working were friendly, on task and had nothing but positive attitudes even though the orders didn’t stop! It’s amazing to see this in a restaurant these days! I’ll be back!
