My family loves Jersey Mike’s and we were so excited that one was in our area. We’ve never had a bad sub from them so far. Everything taste fresh, and I like how they cut the meat or cook it as ordered instead of it being precut or precooked and microwaved. Jersey Mike’s is pricey, but since they stuff the sandwiches, my boyfriend & I will split it. The people working are nice but they need to work on proper staffing. There have been time we went, and not enough people were working, they had a line in the restaurant and lots of online orders coming in. They did their best and stayed professional, but they were overwhelmed.

Staff was super friendly and working hard to keep the place clean..that impressed us immediately. The subs are simply the best in Wise county..made to perfection..WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK…. UPDATE …We were excited to return for our second trip to Jersey Mike’s …. HOWEVER ….On this visit the staff was very unorganized and lackadaisical. The subs were being made in a very unsanitary way. Cleaning protocols were not being followed… obviously it was a different crew than we had before..we may try again but not for awhile..as we had no desire to eat what we purchased..note to the employees your customers can see you fix their subs!

Not worth the price. One salad bowl and small sub was 21.00, I tried this restaurant twice and I will not be back to this location. The chicken is very dried out and the salad bowls are not very good at all. The second salad bowl that I ordered didn’t even have lettuce in it or salad dressing. The setup of the restaurant is also very confusing when trying to order the food. Customer service the second time was Terrible.

We went there about 6 and ordered 3 subs 3 fountain drinks and chips…..50 Dollars….wow .we waited for about 30 muinets just to get our food …of course the order was wrong so we had to take it back.not impressed. And my wife asked if they could take out some of the bread …no.you can’t do that because the juice makes the bread fall apart.ok … what juice the sub was so dry almost unedable.and the meat has a bad taste to it .
