The food is always good but this is a busy location so it takes longer to get your food. I think they need a better process for Mobile pickup. I try not to jump in front of anyone in line but sometimes I’ll wait there a good 5-10mins off to the side before someone asks me if I have a mobile order. Sometimes I can see my order on the rack but we are not allowed to take it.

This place has gone downhill majorly. Ordered my usual veggie sub, and had literally about four slices of cheese on it which were paper thin. The green peppers were sliced so thin you could see through them. It was, however, soaked in enough vinegar for for salads. I get that prices have gone up but when you pay almost $10 for a sub I don’t want vinegar and lettuce. Suffice it to say I will not be back. Oh, and I reached out to corporate who told me that this was an independent owned franchise and they would pass on my concerns. Well, guess what? The local owner never bothered to reach out to me. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

OMG, what was I thinking. It’s been a while since I was here last but I had a taste for a sub. I waited in line 22 minutes to order, while watching the team make countless subs for online orders. What about the rest of us who took the time to come inside? Between the online orders , customers coming in to pick up online orders , there’s no time to take care of actual walk in customers. If I spend $16.95 for a sub, I expect a certain level of service. Poor leadership.

The food is good, customer service is good, and it is just a good place to grab a delicious sub. Also, there is one employee at the Jersey Mike’s in Colonial Heights that does an exceptional job. I’m not sure if I can share their name so I will not post full name, Desmond C. He is quick with getting the customers subs made on the table , and exceptional on the cash register. There needs to be more employees like him.

Placed online order for pick up. I get there, and the order is ready, but when I check the bag, there’s a sandwich missing. They made me wait over 10 mins for them to decide to make it. Meanwhile, my hot sandwiches are now getting cold. Huge waste of time.

Came on my hour break and got the number 56 like i usually get. Took 40 minutes for my one sub to come out. Didn’t have any jalapeños on it and wasn’t tasty at all. Very disappointing visit
