My family ordered 3 subs from here. All 3 subs were wrong in some way, shape, or form. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened, and it seems to be a consistent trend over the past few years. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this particular store. The one on Rt. 10 is much better, and the employees are much friendlier.

The staff were super nice and waited patiently for me. The sandwich was delicious and the bacon was just right amount of crispy. This was my first time here and would love to see what the other sandwiches taste like. I didn’t get a picture because i ate it so fast but fingers crossed my next one lasts long enough for me to share. Thanks for making my first time at Jersey Mike’s awesome!

Very disappointed in my order. Whoever was doing the online orders did not read my order correctly. I had missing items on my sandwich. I also paid $1.25 for cheese that was not on my sandwich . Also the size of my sandwiches which were both regulars was different one was visibly smaller then the other when you looks at the bread.

Ordered online, and waited until after it was ready to head over. When I checked in, I waited fifteen minutes. I called and no one picked up, called a second time, and they told me it would be a few minutes. It’s been another ten minutes and I’m still waiting at my car with two babies in the back.

We loved Jersey Mike’s! We just went in there and I requested for them to make my child a grilled cheese, and they figured out a way to do it with the veggie sub and just add cheese! My son loved it. The older gentleman working was so sweet to my children and we had just had a bad experience next-door at Sweet frog, and the sweet old man at Jersey Mike’s gave my kids a cookie to make up for it. He complemented their behavior and was just so sweet and welcoming. We will definitely be eating here more and more

I didn’t try any of the food because the place is so incredibly disgusting. I watched a kid behind the counter making someone’s sub pause and scratch his hair and wipe his nose with his gloves hand and then reach back into the week old ingredients they were serving I got right out of line and left with my family.
