As someone who worked in the food industry it’s very disrespectful to say “we don’t have anymore bread” 15 min before closing knowing you are lying and just don’t want to help someone. The management needs to do better with their employees, and if there was a manager there and they allowed them to say this then that’s very sad. I went in for 2 cold subs, nothing cooked at all so would’ve never dirtied anything and they say “we’re out of bread” knowing they have it. Reading the reviews shows I’m not the only one who’s had this issue.

Let me begin this post by stating how much I love Jersey Mike’s subs on a normal day. This day was unusual. I placed a mobile order for an Italian sub and wrote in the notes for the pepper relish to be placed on the side. When I picked my order up, (which was not on the order pick up cart), I looked in the bag and noticed there wasn’t any red pepper relish. I asked the guy who handed me the bag was it on the side like I requested. He asked Ryan (the person who made the sandwich) and he said oh let me put some in a cup. I asked Ryan is he sure he didn’t put it on the sandwich being that there wasn’t already some in a cup in the bag. He assured me that he didn’t. I like to put it on myself because I only like a small amount. Well when I got home and looked at it, sure enough I saw relish. I also tasted it and it was spicy. I called up there and spoke with Ryan and he told me to bring it back. I have three small kids at home, what an inconvenience for something that isn’t my fault. So I asked him what are they going to do for the inconvenience and he said they wouldn’t be doing anything but remaking the sandwich. That is poor customer service. I understand bringing it back, but I don’t understand inconveniencing the customer and doing nothing about it. I live 15- 20 minutes away. Terrible experience on top of the fact that Ryan lied about not putting the relish on the sandwich. Smh

I visited this establishment on January 19th and ordered the Mike’s Famous Philly Cheesesteak and it was pretty good. This was my first time visiting Jersey Mikes and overall, I would go back there as they are prompt and efficient. The workers were nice and bring your food to you as you wait. The only concern that I had was the meat was a little too salty. Other than that, I enjoyed my food!

I have Celiac Disease and need to follow a strict gluten free diet, and this place NEVER disappoints! I feel awful that it’s an inconvenience for the employees, but they’ve always done such a thorough job to make sure I won’t get sick. Thank y’all! Your subs are the best and I really appreciate all of your efforts! Subs are loaded and delicious!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The Manager, Richard is rude and totally disrespectful to a customer. After hearing how rude and condescending he was to my 20 year old daughter, I called to speak with the Manager, only to find out that it was the Manager who was in question. After respectfully asking if it was a good time to discuss a concern, because I understand that they may be busy, he sighed and responded, “What’s up?” He never apologized or anything. He made it a point to tell me that he thought he treated her quite well. I reiterated how sad and disappointing his customer service skills are, and I hope that Jersey Mike’s “real” management team can look deeper into situations like these, because “Richard” is bad for business.

This is the last time I’ll be eating here it was great the first year! Live nearby and come here often. Full staff and because they get busy they just announced we are not making hot subs after waiting for ten minutes get ready to order and dude just snaps off…needs some leadership man I just can’t burn another dollar here sux for the owner cuz the place is jamming with business

I’ll give the 3 stars because the subs are good. However, I placed an online order st 3:30PM to be picked up at 4:45PM. It still was not done and didn’t walk out with our food until 5:05PM. If you offer a service such as online ordering then someone needs to be on top of that. No reason we should of had to wait an extra 20 minutes for an order that was placed an hour and 15 min prior to pick up time. No apologies or even a lame excuse.
