Cheese steak came out fast! So did the sandwiches. The topping sitting out looked nasty tho getting all dried out sitting up in front of the counter, maybe they were stacked too high. Quality of the pickles moisture really is everything. Keep it moisty!

I went to a Jersey Mike’s a year ago for the first time because there wasn’t any other options where I was. Let’s just say, JM is always my first sub choice now. The Danny DeVito commercials say it all. Made fresh to order right in front of you. My favorite is the number 4, Mike’s way, no onions and with mayo. Yummy!

Sandwiches were made incorrectly- Called to notify and ask for them re made….she said yes but bring my old ones back to throw in the trash and she could give me coupons for my trouble…. Kayla who told me she is the store manager and she gave me the reason they throw food in the trash and it’s because she has done it everywhere else she works. I got my remade sandwhiches after 25 minutes and I appreciate that even though it took a bit. The store was busy and all of the other employees were working hard….Maybe reconsider throwing food in the trash ( or stop telling people that) and also give coupons if you say you’re going to because I didn’t get those either.

My husband and I came in the store about 8:15pm the people were really helpful and friendly the young who to our order was awesome just had One Big Issue I know it was getting close to closing and the young lady starting sweeping the floor with condiments open and the bread case wide open me and my husband said something to her that is was not sanitary to sweep with food open like that should cover that up and I don’t want that dust on my food ..she said it will be OK! I asked her to stop sweeping until our food was finished but it took another worker to stop her. It really Not Cool to clean up in front of customers especially when it comes to sweeping the floor around food especially Mind! if I worked for the health department that would be a citation .

This is my first time going to Jersey Mike’s subs. I got a giant Italian, Mike style. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed my experience greatly. The sub was delicious and I will go back again. And they do open early at 10:00 a.m. which is a plus.

Ordered like I always do, but decided to try the new store on Battlefield blvd. Man, what a mistake that was. Ordered 1 sub and had points to get a second. I put instructions to toast or heat 1 sub and when I picked up the order it was cold. So I went back in and asked if they could toast it and they stated they don’t do that. I thought it seemed nuts that a sub shop can’t toast or heat a sub, but I would do it when I got home. When I unwrapped the sub to toast it in the oven it was nothing but lettuce, tomatoes and the bread was soaked with oil and vinegar. Ole it did have 2 pieces of salami, just the way an Italian sub should be made. I guess they were saving money cause I used points for that sub.
