Tried to get dinner from here tonight around 7:30 pm. When we walked in, a woman who appeared to be the manager said, “no,no,no” and gave us a look that was NOT friendly, to say the least. I asked if they were still open and was told they were. When the same lady asked, with an attitude, what she could get us, we decided it would be best for us to go elsewhere. There was another customer in the store who witnessed this exchange and just kept shaking her head “no”. The station was a mess, which may indicate they had just finished a dinner rush. I understand how she was feeling but when you work in any kind of customer service, those thoughts and feelings should be kept under some control when customers are present.

I walked in on a Saturday at lunch time and they told me they aren’t accepting walk in customers because they had way too many orders… ridiculous. It’s a walk in sandwich shop! Refusing people due to online orders… will never go back. Absolutely stupid, lack of customer service and rude. Jimmy John’s here I come…
