Went there on august 28th got two subs one rosemary bread and one wheat bread was put in wrong bag thank goodness was my nephew who returned the correct sub to us this is second time for a mistake we paid over 36.00 for two subs very disappointed and we live 20 miles from this place

I ordered a Whole Italian sub, a whole Club sub and 2 medium drinks. This was my first visit to a Jersey Mike’s. The Subs were okay, but not $42.00 okay. I understand everything now is over the roof in prices, but, for 42.00 for 2 Subs and 2 med drinks, I can do much better elsewhere.

I love Jersey Mike’s their subs are amazing and most days the workers get my order right. Today however was not the case I ordered a #56 on wheat bread with no jalapenos being pregnant and diabetic I have been trying to manage my sugars and so when I get a sub that has Jalapenos and is on white after asking for wheat its upsetting. The workers need to pay more attention to the orders because I was not the only order that was messed up on. I’m beyond UPSET!!

The lady and older man who worked tonight were very rude rolling there eyes, I said thank you multiple times I could tell they were annoyed that we were there. There customer service sucks!! Instead of asking if we wanted lettuce or any toppings she just threw the the subs on the counter. We as customers pay your check so there for you should be grateful. Very disappointed. Busy location. The young lady making sandwiches had a great personality. All staff was polite. Ordered an Italian sub. It was great! My husband had a steak and cheese sub and said it was good. We plan to visit again.
