Food is always great. Service is always great. Store is always clean. Even though their app doesn’t allow you to sub out American cheese for provolone on the steak/chicken and cheese(which isn’t the stores fault), I just call after I place the order and ask if they can make the substitution and it’s never a problem.

Just came from this store, got the #13 and notice that the lettuce was brown. I mentioned to the young lady making my sandwich to skip putting that brown lettuce on my sandwich. Not sure what the “Standard” is at this location, it must be pretty low, but as a paying customer that is Totally UNSAT. As a manager, he/she should be dealt with immediately. BLUF, that lettuce should have been removed from the line and replaced with some fresher looking lettuce.

Food was good, service was ok. Was standing at the register for a pick up order for almost 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me, so I found my own order on the rack and grabbed it and left. Would have been nice if someone asked so I didn’t have to wait so long…

I have never had a bad experience going into a Jersey Mike’s establishment ever! I went into this Jersey Mike and was not greeted, everyone acted as if they had an attitude, I watched how everyone who came in after me was greeted and treated with respect, kindness and excellent customer service. The guy who took my order seemed like a harsh, I don’t care-what are “you” in here for kind of attitude. I smiled at everyone and was pleasant. The kicker to this was the fact that the manager Dan was with the other workers as well! My money was sat on the counter along with my receipt, I was not asked if I wanted any condiments and my sandwich was sat on the counter (not in a bag) with mayo at the end of the wrapper. After all of that I requested for a refund- everyone looked and scrambled to hurry and get me my refund. I asked for the manager name and was told in a smart sassy way “He is right there”, when I looked over at him, I asked him for his first and last name. He said it with no compassion. I guess if the leadership acts like that, then they employ staff and encourage that kind of behavior.
