I’ve been to this location twice. It’s a chain so nothing ground breaking or particularly notable. The food is exactly what it should be. The staff is friendly and the place is always spotless. The wait time isn’t overbearing, and the service is also exactly as it should be.

Pre ordered food and still took over 20 minutes for a sub. I worked at a sub shop for years and I work at a hospital now. It’s strictly laziness, and pure idgaf about you vibe. Go anywhere but here. Legit no one here after they served everyone else when I was here before them. Just to add to the disservice of me barley going out, gonna go back to not going out.

Only reason this place is getting one star is because the sandwiches were delicious. Four people were working behind the counter at the time of my visit. It seemed like they had a huge order request and the in person orders were backing up including my own. All the employees were visibly flustered but not communicating with one another. There was a certain level of animosity among them. One employee in particular, a female of middle eastern decent, did not seem like she wanted to be there at all. She walked around with a pissy attitude and openly cursed in front of myself and the other customers. Dropping the F-bomb a couple times in front of the counter. It was uncomfortable. One customer that came after me got tired of waiting and walked out even though his sandwich was in the process of being made. The thing that sticks out the most was that one employee. Should probably get another job if she’s unsatisfied with her situation. I definitely won’t be returning to this location. Don’t bother going if it’s during the lunch hour cause they can’t handle the rush.

My first time at Jersey Mike’s and it was really excellent! I received the club sub. Cut the meat and cheese fresh and toppings were piled high. Everything tasted fresh and delicious!!!

The whole staff was extremely rude, the bread was old and stale, and I’m never going back. Everyone working tonight, 5/24, should be fired. Absolutely ridiculous individuals that shouldn’t be called human beings.

I literally eat here EVERY DAY! The best sandwiches in the world if you ask me. This place is unmatched to Subway, Firehouse or any other big chain sandwich shop. This place can’t be beat and I’ll continue to support and eat here. Oh yeah, they provide military discount!

Walked into this establishment in error today. Had no intentions of buying anything at all. Kayla was very sweet, so with her recommendation I purchased a small Philly cheesesteak and it was just as good as she said if not better. Everyone was wearing masks and I appreciate the safety efforts. I ate half of the sandwich before taking the attached picture.LOL I will be back!

This is the first time I’ve gone to this Jersey Mike’s and had an absolute horrible experience. My order was completely wrong when I finally checked it when I got home. It was in a wrap so no I wasn’t going to pull it apart to check before I left. If they wrote and cooked my order they way I wanted, I wouldn’t have to. I just wanted to get out of there. After I ordered my food I went to pay. I was not acknowledged, wasn’t told that someone would be with me shortly, nothing. Yes I see that they are doing something but they still need to acknowledge a customer that’s standing there. I get home to find that my order is completely wrong. I was so upset I just threw it away. Almost $30 wasted because of bad service and employees that couldn’t bother to make sure they got the order right. Just horrible.

Was told I could not have bread because they were reserving their bread for online orders…I tried to explain that I was ordering now in person and willing to pay immediately and directly: “No sorry” (I could literally see bread in the racks)…Asked if I could order online to get bread – “no guarantee and your grill order will take 20 minutes because our grill is cold”…
