Too much employee turnover so the service is either great or terrible. You get your tasty big kahuna but it could be terrible old meat that is flavorless and overcooked or one that you could die for. I really do love the sandwiches, it’s too bad about the inconsistency with the help

This location needs better leadership and better organization. The customer service is as well as you could expect from modern teenagers. You just can’t tell them more than one condiment at a time because they will ask you to repeat yourself over and over. Good at hearing, bad at listening. Also, every time you visit, they’re out of something. It’s either turkey or chicken. Today it was wheat bread and pickles. I went in to order and they couldn’t prepare any hot subs because they were cooking bacon on the entire grill. I can understand the need to have bacon ready, but at least 4 customers walked out because they couldn’t order hot subs. That’s $$$ walking out of the door. It’s as if they don’t plan ahead. Oh, and there’s a girl that works there who’s never in uniform. Not sure what that’s about. With all that being said, the food is always good. If they fix the little things, they will run a better operation and not lose so much business.

Didn’t even get to order. These teens play way too much. All of them had hair… none of them had hair nets and I was skipped over in line after waiting 10 mins to order. I was annoyed and walked out. I guess they were too busy horse playing to notice they skipped over me. Get new management. Please.

Customer service was fine, but I was shocked at how messy it was in the eating area and behind the counter. All of the tables had crumbs on them and behind the way it looked behind the counter did not give me confidence in other areas of food safety. It was my first time patronizing this location and I ordered online, but I’ll just go to the other location, any other time. Again, the service was fine.

Customer service is TERRIBLE! Walked in all the employees looked at us but didn’t speak…notice girl (I think it was a girl) cleaning the grill so I asked was it closed ….no response she walked off …she returned asked again she replied yea no hot subs! It was 8:45 and they were already closing up! The Ellicot city location WOULD NEVER! Soon as you walk in that location everyone speaks

I was very disappointed with the staff. As I was in line getting my food, there appeared to be 5 ppl walking toward the door to enter. The staff was literally saying, “Please don’t let them come in here,” and cheered as they walked away to another door. Who doesn’t want customers?? Without the customers, there is no business. Also, the cashier who rang up my order was standing there in her bed bonnet with an attitude looking like she didn’t know she was coming to work to serve & greet the public.. First impressions count. We must do better. Businesses die and close up due to poor service. Food is good but service matters too!

If I could give zero stars I would. I recently went there for lunch and myself and another person ended up getting food poising. Avoid the cheesesteak and turkey sandwiches… better yet don’t waste your time or money here. They need to be shut down!
