We ordered takeout. Believe it or not this was my first time having Jersey Mike’s subs . Wow! Their sub’s are excellent. They put a lot of meat and toppings on them. The sub bun is so soft and fresh.

I’ve come here twice. Both times the sandwiches have been packaged immediately after meats were added when we said we wanted additional toppings. Each time it has been a massive issue for the employees to unwrap the sub and put toppings on. This particular time, I said my toppings three times because the girl had headphones in and wasn’t listening. I got to the car and there was no bacon, so I went back in for what I paid for – I asked for bacon and they said “I thought you didn’t want bacon”. With bacon in the sub title I chose, I did want the bacon. They brought two pieces over with again, massive attitude and another employee immediately started saying “what’s with these customers coming in with these attitudes?” – this being the woman who complained about having to reopen the sub to add condiments. I told her it was them with the massive attitudes and left. My boyfriend has been here 4 times. Both times with friends, they were given attitude for coming in half an hour before close. With me each time, they have complained about him wanting toppings, though they skip through even when he said he wanted toppings. And this time they completely flattened the sub…. I work in retail & customer service and I can tell you with confidence that this is the worst Jersey Mike’s location to date and I will never come back. “Served with a smile”. There was not a single smile from the second we walked in the door and complaints from the employees were present from the start.

I am a big fan of Jersey Mike’s but this location has been very disappointing in many ways. I had 3 online orders in a row where the sandwich was not ready and I had to wait probably longer than if I had just ordered it when I walked in. And in each of those 3 situations there were no toppings on the sandwich so I just stopped ordering online. I submitted a complaint online with customer service and no one ever got back to me. Also, in general, the service is slow, the staff seems irritable, and I have had a couple situations where they did not know what “Mikes Way” meant. Giving it 2 stars because when I can get to a sandwich the ingredients are still tasty.

Ordered online and the order said it would be done at 1 pm. I arrived at the store at 1 to pick it up. My order was not done until 1:30. There were other people waiting for their food also who said their pickup time was before 1 and we were all waiting. Six customers walked in and the staff made every persons sandwich who walked in first before doing any online orders. Very inefficient method of handling customers. On top of that the people working had very poor customer service.

Food has always been delicious! Timing has always been the challenge for this location. I work in the area and decided to order on the App for pickup at 5:15 since I get off work at 5:00. I ordered almost an hour in advance with plenty of notice for them to have the order ready by the time I walked in the door. I leave work on time at 5:00, drive the 15 minutes to them on my way home in Towson to then arrive a couple minutes past the pickup time, walk in to pickup my order, and see nothing on the pickup order table. Okay, fine, I’m a patient person. I’ll wait about 5-10 minutes. “Maybe they were slammed with online orders”, I thought. 15 minutes go by, and I walk up to the counter and ask if any of the orders being made was for our last name. “Yes, just printed the order…” … fine. I’ll wait for it. At least it will be hot and fresh! That it was.

Online orders take precedence. Out of 4 employees no one even acknowledged my presence. There was no music playing and I stood there in complete silence thinking since they were so busy I’d just be patient. After 5 minutes another customer walked in who had an online order and was greeted and in and out in less than a minute. I put my chips back and left. Also the lettuce was wilted which I was able to observe as I stood there. Won’t be returning as apparently I’m invisible.

Serving employee’s has shown attitude ,misleads, angry ! She has not like to make only veggie subs and skips my turns and makes order of later queue in line customers ! “ I have requested change gloves and clean the cutter machine and in such moments just behavior of serving girl has been angry on us! I was stand in queue with my “little kids” and skips and skips takes and makes order of another in line !

The most unpleasant staff I have probably ever encountered. It was as if I was bothering them when I came to pick up my order that I placed online and prepaid for. Food was fine but the staff’s attitude will prevent me from coming to this location again. Really unfortunate
