My daughter just went there to buy a sub today, well the subs has a hair on it. That’s disgusting. I will never go there again. There subs are so good but this is very disappointing. That’s a $11 over priced sandwich down the drain.

I used to go to this location before the pandemic. I went in there one night, not too long before they were closing. One of the guys working there said I could sit in there and eat because they would need to clean up, etc. While I was eating, I noticed the guy taking the meats and cheeses out of the case to wrap for the night. He had gloves on but he kept going over to his phone and checking it, texting, etc. He would then return to the food with the same gloves on and proceed to touch the food. I quickly finished eating (even though I had lost my appetite) knowing that I would not return.

If this Jersey Mikes does not get some type of adult supervision for the young adults at the building station and register, this location will not survive. The young lady Jackie (at least that’s the name she provided) is immature. She instigates and will have any teenager around pulled into her drama. The young adults were upset that I did not tip. Why would I tip for piss poor service? The young lady placed my receipt on the counter and walked off. My friend paid behind and she asked if she wanted a receipt. I asked her why she didn’t ask me and she ignored me. I asked did she hear me and she said yes (bold but honest). She continues being disrespectful and included the young man prepping sandwiches. I tell the young man that he is disrespectful. Another young man comes up and stated that I was acting childish. I ask for the manager and unfortunately the young adults pointed me to their supervisor and she did not speak English. They were translating for her. It’s unfortunate because the older lady seems very respectful but does not understand that the young adults are sabotaging the establishment by being immature. Filed a complaint with Jersey Mikes and requested and received a refund. Hopefully something is done to rectify the behaviors. Will not be doing business with this Jersey Mikes anytime soon.

I ordered my usual steak big kahuna in a tub. I usually order a regular size but this time I ordered a giant size which comes in two tubs on lettuce. When I got home, I realized the sandwich was made with chicken instead. I tried the chicken sub to see if I could possibly like it instead of taking it back. I didn’t like it. I decided to bring it back. When I entered the store to let them know, I got immediate resistance when I told them I wanted steak and they saw that I had eaten some of it. After several minutes they decided to make me a new sandwich. They then proceeded to put in one tub instead of the original two. The lady behind the counter was very rude to me trying to tell me that a giant sub doesn’t come in two tubs when that’s the way the gave it to me 20 minutes before. Words were exchanged and eventually they made it right. I have no desire to shop at this store again.

Start off by saying the manager was rude! I ordered 2 sandwiches a plain chicken philly and a turkey sandwich. The young man who added the condiments kept wiping his nose with his hands. Without washing them he put on gloves to finish my sandwich. I kindly asked for someone else to do it. Got my sandwiches and left. I got home and got a fully loaded steak sandwich on parm bread. I called the restaurant and was told to come in the next day to get the right sandwich and to throw the wrong sandwich away. My son went the next day and was told they couldn’t help him without a receipt. I called the store and offered my card number and the manager said no. I said I would bring it and then he said to bring the sandwich. I said I was told to throw it out. He said he needed the sandwich to turn it in to corporate. I asked who else I could speak to and he said look online. There is no way to speak to anyone or get money back. Never again!!!!

The best Italian Coldcut sub in the area, perfectly prepared to one’s specifications. Meats and cheeses are thinly sliced fresh. I’m sure the other subs are good; however, the #13 with everything is, for me, the one and only.
