Employees work together for bread, cheese, meats, veggies to ensure orders are correct. After each sub is constructed and passed along for wrapping, the given area is quickly cleaned to assure next sub will not be affected. Very orderly process and each employee seems to enjoy their part in producing your order.

Jersey Mikes subs are great but this location has terrible service. This time we ordered online, when we went to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready they hadn’t even started the order. They didn’t apologize, made it then and gave us the wrong items.

The buffalo chicken wrap was delicious. Good customer service, and if you’re eating in, they bring the sandwich to you. They usually have some kind of coupon that allows you to get the chips and drink for free.

While this is my 2nd time ordering take out in a matter of weeks, it’s very unfortunate to experience such mediocre service once again. Like my previous visit, upon arrival my order was not completed and ready within the promised time even though it didn’t seem busy at all. I feel it’s very unprofessional to be told to wait an additional 10 mins for my order and then witness the same employees enjoying a smoke break in the back of store when I’m expecting my order to be made. What makes matters worst is, when I got my order i find that my sandwich wasn’t made correctly. So on top of the unsatisfying service, your employees failed to pay attention to the details pertaining to my order. Let’s maybe focus more on providing better and consistent customer service than taking smoke breaks. It’s a shame that as much I enjoy Jersey Mikes sandwiches as a whole, I would never recommend this particular location.

I’ve eaten here a few times lately and maybe there are some new employees since these other reviews were done because I’ve had great service every time. They are always friendly and fast. I just left the restaurant and I never usually write reviews, but Wanyeh was so good at his job that I had to give him kudos! He was curteous, thorough, and professional! Excellent experience!

We ate, four of us, at the Odenton location Saturday, Oct 15th. The service was horrendous! It wasn’t busy. There were two people in front of us who had already ordered. The kids behind the counter were rude, inconsiderate and SLOW! They took our order and it took 20 minutes to complete. Three of our meals were made, but they dropped the forth on the floor. We waited while they remade it. They brought the sub out to us and it was wrong. They brought brought the right one, and now had to remake the one for someone else. The soda counter was covered with trash and a dirty cleaning towel. The lids for the cups were empty. There was trash all over the floor. The tables were filthy. The one trash can was overflowing on to the floor. Won’t be back! I do have pictures. I generally enjoy this place. NOT THIS LOCATION!

I had a great experience at this Jersey Mike’s! First of all its so nice to have a chain with gluten free rolls and not little tiny rolls either. Secondly, the portabella mushroom sub was SO delicious. Finally, the staff is great! My food was made perfectly! There is a young man who goes by “B” who is so friendly and chatted with everyone like he was their friend all while making orders and keeping his work area spotless. Thank you for the great service!
