This place is awesome! The amount of food you get for the price is amazing. I always order the cheese steak sub and it is always fresh and delicious. The entire store is very clean and the staff is very friendly and I have never had issues with them. The food is presented in front of you and I can tell that the ingredients are fresh. You can’t go wrong ordering here and I know you will have a great experience like I did.

Update from my previous review: this place is really going down hill, I have no clue what changes have happened in previous weeks but it’s not the same experience. The guy that usually makes my hot subs is no longer on the grill , service is slow. The manager is just standing around not being helpful AT ALL. The conversations that were being held by the EMPLOYEES were rude and disrespectful. I visited this place atleast 3 times a week now I definitely won’t be back.. the owners have to do better and hire people that actually want to WORK.

They wasted so much of my time. They had the door locked so I couldn’t even come inside to pick up my order. The woman who appeared to be the owner (older lady with glasses) was very rude. I waited 20 minutes for sandwiches that were called in. Terrible franchise.

I have been to this Jersey Mike’s location three times in the past 6 months and my experience is always the same. The staff is unprofessional. They treat you like you are bothering them, if you ask them a question or request extra toppings on your sandwich. I have interacted with several of the staff and only one of them actually responded to my request or even said thank you, sure, no problem, etc. If the staff hear your request, you wouldn’t know because they never respond. The staff are usually paying more attention to there phones (as they are always using them while working) then focused on the customer. As someone that is very familiar with hospitability/customer service, it is sad that this place shows zero regard to hospitality/customer service, etc. The owner, manager etc. of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves as I am sure they are aware of the poor customer received by customers. I doubt I will be back.

Felt ignored being the only customer in line ordering. After sandwich was made I had to approach cashier to let them know My sandwich is ready. The amount of mustard on this sandwich is outrageous. While I put my card in the machine, cashier stepped away to gossip. Machine wasn’t even ready to take my card yet. I mean like come on. Need to get with it. Take care of your customers so they are in and out.
