Been coming here a few years and tried to be considerate to the COVID adjustment. However, this place has not gotten any better. The dining room floor is often dirty, Employees on serving line with no hair nets. Most people don’t get any salt on their sandwich because the holes on the salt shaker are clogged with some type of residue. AND DON’T ASK FOR A LOT OF LETTUCE as if you want a real hoagie style sub. You get a look like you are wanting something extra for free. You will have to ask for napkins. No real friendliness. And the back line could use a deep clean. Perhaps the regional manager hold a team building training and explain the history of the company and the tradition of the Jersey Mike’s sub and how they are to be made. Prices have gone up. Maybe the personnel needs to know that you need people to continue to pay these high prices in order to stay in business. It’s too easy just to go somewhere else these days. It would also be a good look to clean the windows every now and then (inside and out)

You just can’t be in a rush and order from Jersey Mikes (Ritchie Station location)…AT ALL. Pleasantries just cannot accommodate for having to wait an additional 23 minutes BEYOND the pick-up time when I ordered online. I’ve watched folks walk in, order, and get food quicker than the grill turned over hot foods. Servers are nice and all, but you can’t call it fast, if it isn’t. At this point, just refund me my money.

Hands down the best philly sandwich is not in Philadelphia it’s in Richie MD Jersey Mikes. My mouth didn’t want to stop savoring this goodness. These are the remembrance of me killing this sandwich.

I ordered my food for carry out. Showed up and food wasn’t ready. Teens would stop working to talk to each other or text so orders were backed up lol. I was impressed on how trained they were. Food was made well… at least mine was. They need to hurry up though and stay focused. The girl making the sandwich made the turkey sub good.

First visit, sandwich was disgusting, soggy and overloaded with cheese, and just a skimpy bit of onions and peppers. Called the manager, went back for replacement next day and was disappointed again. Second sandwich was falling apart from pieces of the bread torn off and hard, cold chicken meat that should have at least been warm, if not hot. For the price paid, you’d think they would make the subs with more care. They just throw them together with poor quality, you don’t get anything worth what you pay. Don’t waste your time going to this location.

Staff was pleasant. After receiving my sub and getting to my destination 5 minutes later, I opened the bag to find a sloppy, wet steak and cheese. I was starving, so I ate half but threw the rest away. And the sub bread was stale…Maybe the store needs better quality control.

Let me just say the young people that work here deserve all the raises they can get. I’m always met with wonderful customer service. The sandwiches are always top tier. I get off work craving a sub and they never disappoint. Shoutout to this team of young black people providing quality service and delicious food.

I ordered online. When I got there my order was ready just needed to be bagged. I checked my sandwiches and I got white bread instead if rosemary parm (2 were supposed to be rosemary parm. I informed the guy who handed me my sandwiches he said it’s rosemary parm. I told him to check it. As he was unwrapping it the lady said they were out of rosemary parm and it was to late to make more. Im not sure how long it takes to make bread but my issue is the lack of communication. If you know I ordered something that you’re out of why not say that when you hand me my food. I work in customer service and communication is key. People will be more understanding if you communicate.

Ordered the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese steak hot sub. The sandwich was delicious, made with fresh ingredients. The service was good. There was a little bit of a line but the staff managed the queue quickly.
