This location experience was the worst freaking ever… I ordered the giant #17. I had to sit and wait because it was being cook on the grill. I ask if my sandwich could be cut in 4 because I was sharing with coworkers. Nope Not!!!, This was the sloppiest made sandwich I have ever had…Never going back. GET THOSE GUYS OUT OF THE KITCHEN!!!

I am a Jersey Mike’s fan. I had a problem with getting my food. I got to jersey mike’s at 3:45 pm. I didn’t get out of there until 4:18. Somehow they lost my grill ticket so they didn’t fix my food until I asked when was my food going to be ready. When you have a customer in your restaurant and you see them for a while then you need to ask if they’ve been helped. Also for me when you have someone waiting for that length of time the least they could have done was offer a drink or cookie, something for my inconvenience. The food was very good, however, I will be using the app to order my food. The service was slow. When you are at that time you need to have four people working the front. They needed to have a person on the grill, one cutting meat, one putting on toppings, and a cashier. As I was there two people left. As a business, you need to know what your clientele will be. Yesterday you had 2 football games, and it was a Saturday afternoon that is when you schedule your staff, not have them leave before your rush time. A restaurant should know that Saturday from 2-5 is usually your rush hour time.

It has been my experience that if you don’t make a sandwich correctly it tends to get soggy on the second day. To mitigate that I go into my local Jersey Mike’s after church to get a Giant sub. I asked the meat guy would it be possible to make half the sandwich now and give me the meat/cheese toppings separately to make the other half myself later. He declined because it’s “something they don’t do”

WOW. I’ve only been here twice and I’m originally from the area but staff, while new and super young are very hard working and made me smile. Bread fresh, sandwich delicious. One request, make sure if you are already at the register DO NOT HANDLE FOOD W/O GLOVES and while making sandwiches, please make sure there is clean surface( use sandwich wrap) instead of laying naked sandwich isn’t laying directly on the counter. Flies , dish rag and condiment containers are placed on this same metal service. Take your time, be Aware

Stopped by Saturday morning 05 Aug and observed the lightskin female employee with braids and a mask accept cash from a customer with her gloves on and proceed to continue making sandwiches with the same gloves. I immediately left without placing a sandwich order. This is very unsanitary and the person making sandwiches should not be interacting with the register unless they plan on washing their hands after cashing out each customer.

**** Update the Supervisor Tarsha reached out to me by phone on April 10, 2023 at 5:38pm. This supervisor literally berated me for the entire 5 minutes that we were on the phone and over talking me with out a care. in the world to listen. I’m not even sure how she got my phone number. She asked me “do I ask McDonalds to replace bacon when I order a burger and how her brother is Muslim and he’s unable to do it. She also stated that if she is in the store and in the “mood”, she’ll substitute the bacon for either extra turkey or roast beef, but her employees will not do it. She also went on about food cost etc. It was literally a solution less engagement. I will never patronize this establishment again and I will be reaching out to corporate to complain yet again.
