I eat at Jersey Mikes all the time when I’m home or out of town. It has always been consistent. This location was pretty terrible. There was very little meat on the sub. Not sure what happened, but it’s not the norm for this brand.

Seemed like everyone that worked here either smoked a joint right before we got there, was brand new and had no clue what was going on, or just didn’t care at all. Out of the 5 people working, there was one actively working on food while the other 4 seemed to just be pacing around and talking amongst themselves, while they had a decent line and what seemed to be a decent amount of online orders. Air conditioning was non existent. Only saving grace is they make some good subs. Probably not worth the wait though.

Every time I go to this location it is a disaster. Whether it is brown produce or lazy workers, it is always something. Today I got a bowl and they had no forks, which is totally unacceptable. When I asked how I was supposed to eat the bowl I was told to go to Buffalo Wild Wings across the parking lot to ask for a fork. How outrageous is that?!? The customer service here is consistently terrible. We ended up going to the location in Ashburn and the food and service were great. They even had forks!! We will never be back to the Leesburg location. After reading other reviews this is obviously a franchise owner that does not care about customer service.

I can’t eat cows milk, eggs, or celery, etc. I’ve read through the nutritional information online, so I know the bread is safe. So, I like to get just the steak and the bread to bring home and heat it up with goat cheese or a plant based cheese. I’ve been to the Leesburg location a dozen times and the staff act like it’s the hardest thing in the world to not put cheese on the sub. I’m not just gonna stop eating meat and bread because I’m intolerant to lactose. I tell you what is hard, trying to make a meal plan without egg and milk. It’s nice to be able to just go to a restaurant, get a few substitutions and not have to remake the whole thing. My photo is the sub from the store, plus the goat cheese I added at home. It would be great if the staff could stop being so rude and questioning my order when I ask for no cheese.

Placed an online order and arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready (3:19) no one had even touched the order receipt when I left at 3:40. The manager said he would cancel my order before he left for the day. No one seemed to care any one waiting for than the allotted times or to get the orders done.

Bro on the grill just up and left. Already had been waiting for 20mins for my sandwich before he clocked out, took another 10mins for someone else to fire up the grill and still waiting another 15mins now for the sandwich. Poor time management made for poor experience. Food was delicious but waiting time was insane.

Foods good, but I think the store manager hires idiots. Either that or the training is weak, because you go to the Ashburn Jersey Mike’s and they are on point.

I’ve seen turtles being faster than people at this place like literally the other day I waited 45 minutes for 1 sandwich 1 single freaking sandwich the next time I went after like a month waited 35 minutes for another single sandwich and the final time which is when I’m writing this 1 month after also was there for 30 minutes it’s so ridiculous you guys need to train your people better!

Placed an online order 15 mins ahead just to skip the line. Arrived at the restaurant, no order available for pick up at the shelf and there’s a line. Waited 20 mins, they took care of the in store orders first then start to work on the online orders, what’s the point to order online then? Never come back again.
