I have ordered sandwiches several time at this location and I am really unhappy with the service that I got today. I want to point out two things I ordered a sandwich online and When I whet there, it wasn’t ready. I even went there 10-15min later than pick up time that they sent me. It did not look busy at all and there were three employees working. It never happened to me so, I waited little bit. Then I asked to one of the employees that “I ordered online and could you check how long? ” They just turn around and completely ignore what I said. No body answered. It took me one hour to get the sandwich since I ordered. If the store is busy, I would understand, But It was not. They need to trained properly and learn how to deal with customers. Also, I added more ingredients for my sandwich, But also they ignored it and did not add to my sandwich. I will never visit this location again.

Placed an order online… The staff was so disorganized that they were serving walk-in customers before they addressed the backlog of online orders. After repeated inquiries to the surly staff, I was finally able to pick up my order… Almost 90 minutes after ordering. The sandwiches were good, just not worth an hour and a half of my time.

Did was average. The place looked dirty. If you are worried about cross contamination this would be last place to go, since they don’t wipe anything down. Looked like deli meat shavings and cheese were sitting on slicer for hours. Servers could not focus on onething, and their efforts to multi task were bismal.

Jersey Mikes got SLAMMEDDDD today with a Door Dash promo, these poor employees were not informed of the promo so we’re not prepared. I blame the Regional/District Manager for this! The store manager did an AMAZING JOB getting organized and getting these orders out the door! Big props to her and everyone working today!

Whatever “crew” you have working there RIGHT NOW, is AWESOME. I just left about 15 mins ago (it’s 12:00pm rn Sunday, may 28th) and they made 2 of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had at this location. The quality was EXCELLENT!!

When they have what you order, it’s not bad. Too bad, far too often I use the app to order and PAY for something. AFTER I drive there i’m told don’t have what I ordered and I’ll get a refund. Geeeze.

We ordered ahead as we do with any other restaurant when we are on the go. When I went to pick up the order, I waited over 30 minutes (with my wife and 3 young kids in the car) and watched people that walked in and ordered walk out with their order. The staff laughed at me when I asked why they got to jump the line basically. My order came in before theirs, I paid the same money for my food, and they don’t pay any express premium to jump in front of my order. This is not advertised as a catering order but that’s how they treat it. The manager then tried to say he is understaffed, but there were plenty of employees there and this has happened many times in the past. It’s just being laughed at by the staff that did it in for me. Lack of common sense or customer service.
