First time here. Ordered online for pickup. When I walked in I was greeted by all 3 employees and asked if I needed help. Told them I ordered online. Told me it would soon be ready and gave me a cup to get my soda. I was handed my order and was thanked. Very friendly help and sub was DELICIOUS. Made right and was stuffed with meat. Glad I tried and highly recommend. Much better than Subway. Can’t wait to try something different for next time.

I’ve always heard of this place but never actually been to a Jersey Mikes. If it wasn’t for the coupon that I stumbled across one day on my windshield I would have never tried it out. I’m very pleased with the service and food!! Nothing but great vibes and good food. Would definitely recommend and will be coming for lunch!!

I was here on 5-13-23, 4:00 on a rainy Saturday. There wasn’t anybody sitting at any of the six tables and only one couple ahead of me ordering two subs. There were three young ladies working taking orders and making subs, and one young man at the cash register. As I looked around the place waiting for my food, I noticed food and napkins under every table, and five out of the six tables were dirty. I also noticed the counter from the sub making area through the cashier area was dirty as well. If they were busy, but aren’t now and with four people working, why isn’t the place clean? If somebody wanted to sit down and eat, there was only one clean table out of six. The bathroom was equally dirty and the floor was sticky. This seems to be the way of Jersey Mike’s in Hanover and Gettysburg. Having worked in the food service industry for many many years, it’s clear that these young people need an adult on site and training on why and how to keep a restaurant clean. Sub was excellent!

Cheese steak mini is my choice! They heat it for me on the grill. With a bag of baked Lays chips. Always fresh, courteous and delicious. Not a lot of seating, especially over meal times, but worth it!! Also, they have cream soda on tap!

This would be the second night I Order the giant Italian sub while i was quite satisfied with my order the first night th second night was highly inconsistent greatly reduced meat then the first night… highly disappointing as it seemed to be The same amount as a regular sub stretched to fit the size of a giant sub As if I was paying $8 for a bigger sub roll

I’ve been in this location probably about 4 times but each time was consistently sub-par. I really love Jersey Mikes and have been to other locations where the bread tastes fresh and the ratio of bread to toppings is perfect but this location barely puts meat and toppings on, especially if you place the order online.

The Roast Beef sub was good but the friendly atmosphere was not there. They look like that you ruined their Lives and especially they were not lively happy people. I never felt so odd being in a Sub Place. I really wanted a nice fresh cup of Pepsi and what I got was a very stale Pepsi and we told them.. hey can you fix the Pepsi and they told someone but they never got to it and we waited patiently..you know for what we bought. I would never recommend this jersey Mike’s. You need to go to The ones in Frederick and Urbana now they will make your visit a “Jersey Mike” Friendly way. 2 of 5 stars.

Ordered online! 2 subs. Not ready when told by app! Called my first name, I was the only one waiting at the takeout line. Was given my price and asked to pay cash or card! I have to take responsibility for not questioning the price. Did not have my phone with me to call home and verify the order.
