Second time I have been here now, once with my son and then again with the whole family. Awesome subs and only heightened by the fact that they put bacon on almost everything. When it comes to the sandwiches they pile on the meat and cheese, definitely enough to fill even the hungryest of hungry. I like what they have done with the toppings as well by keeping it simple with the fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and if you like it a little hot jalapeños. Most chain sandwich shops over do it on the toppings to hide the fact that they give you little helpings of meat and cheese and up charge you for more. The employees atleast at this particular location are top notch and on the ball. It was smack dab in the height of the lunch rush when we came in and once again unlike some other chain sandwich shops I have been to lately everyone was hard at work. Everyone was doing their job making sure that every order was filled and filled right. I personally was preoccupied with snapping some good pics and they still got my sandwich made quickly and correctly. This crew had just about moved the entire lunch crowd through before our departure even having time to pose for a pic after cleaning up. I asked one of the employees hiw they did it and she informed me that they had a system and from what I saw it works. I do have to mention as I do in most of my reviews that it is nice to see that all customer service oriented establishments have not gone down hill since the pandemic. Last but most certainly not least the restaurant it self was also clean and well organized including the bathrooms which even smelt good.

It’s our first time trying one of these, and we were not at all disappointed. Our subs were prepared promptly, and exactly as we wanted them. We chose to eat in, in contrast to most of their business at this time being takeout. Music was on, and it was neither too loud nor too obnoxious. If this is typical, we will be giving this company more of our business in the future.

I went inside to buy a bottle of water. There was a couple getting subs made. I stood at the register for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged the fact that I was standing there the entire time. I understand they were busy doing things but there were 4 people working behind the counter. They could have at least said I will be with you in just a minute, but nothing. I finally put the water back and left. Pretty bad customer service. 7/4/2023

Love their #13 Mike’s way with banana peppers. Last time I was there I ordered this but didn’t realize they gave me a turkey instead of a 13. Honest mistake, they both sound the same over the hustle and bustle of the restaurant. They fixed it quickly and upgraded me from A mini to a 6 inch. No questions asked. Quite frankly, when I crave an Italian hoagie, I come here.

I was trying to pay, but the cashier was literally dancing at the register, so I had to wait for him to get out of the groove before being acknowledged. It was awkward and weird. I only tipped 10% due to the effrontery. His associates need to police up his odd behavior or the lowball tips will continue.

Love the subs, but we always seem to have a problem with our order. Was there on Friday night and ordered 2 giants. Both on whole wheat. Lettuce and tomatoes on the side. Got home and they were both on white even though the girl checked on the whole wheat rolls right in front of me. No L or T in the bag. When you pay almost twice as much for subs, you want them to be right. We go there, though, because when they are right, they are delicious!!

The Italian sub is always wonderful. Everything is fresh cut while you watch them make your sandwich. I noticed a framed picture of what appeared to be logos or stamps of a lot of different Jersey Mike’s locations through the years. Every one of them had this little squiggly mark on it as if it was a trademark or something. The workers at the restaurant could not tell me what the squiggly Mark is. If anyone else knows please share. I will post a picture. When I use the Google lens to look for the item I get pictures of snakes and I know it’s not that.

My visit here was absolutely amazing, I was greeted once I entered through the door. There was a very nice woman with blue hair was an absolute breath of fresh air, it made ordering there easier since she was very polite and easy to talk to. Once I got down to the register she had my fully done and ready for me before I was ready to pay. Once I was finished paying the woman with the blue hair wishes me a great day and hoped that I had a safe trip home. I do believe that the woman with the blue hair deserves a raise and/or promotion because she’s an amazing worker and great team member.
