Food tasted okay.. but for 14 dollars I asked for lettuce tomatoe onion oil and mayo on my sandwich.. of which I got none. Understandable if busy but I was the ONLY customer in the store. Also bathroom is deplorable. Urine, mold, and no tp? Needs improvement!

This is the most disappointing location I’ve ever been to. I ordered a veggie with no Swiss, only provolone, and they gave me one slice of cheese lol usually they give you too much, but this was comical I couldn’t stop laughing at it. It was basically a lettuce and tomato sandwich, so boring. I couldn’t finish it because it just tasted like vinegar soaked bread. The garbage was over flowing and it just made the place feel dirty. Such a shame this location is so terrible, it has the cutest exterior.

My husband stopped in for pickup at 8:23pm the person behind the counter very rudely said “NO HOT SUBS!” The closing time is 9:00pm if you don’t want to work pass 8:00pm just change the sign from 9:00pm to 8:00pm. I won’t be back to this location and if you want to have a pleasant meal avoid this place at all costs. If my employee did this to my customers I’d fire them on the spot! Me and my husband owned and operated many restaurants this is unacceptable to us.

The staff here are so friendly and hold a conversation with you while they efficiently make the sandwiches. We like the cold and hot sandwiches. The quality and taste is great. Clean restaurant and quick in and out. My wife has a gluten allergy and likes the Gluten free sub option. You can get it as a 6 or 12 inch.

I just left here with my order 3/29 @ 5pm. These folks work so very hard. I was so impressed how friendly, courteous and efficient all the staff are. A big thank you. They deserve a raise.

This place rocks, by far the best sub sandwich in town, or anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and everything is fresh. The toppings actually have flavor unlike the other places where the toppings are just flavorless filler. My only criticism would be the price, if it were slightly lower, I may be able to eat there more often, but at the current prices, I will use this as an every now and then reward for myself. Great job.

Ordered 3 subs. Two were correct but when I ordered gluten free bread for the third sandwich, they gave me no bread and put it in a bowl. Was not what I ordered

Im currently going through Chemo with cancer, so you know when the body says it’s actually craving something you run for it, but I get tired easily. I love Jersey Mikes Subs and even worked behind the counter at one point. I ordered two giant turkey subs and paid tip. The service was nice until I literally heard the guy( who was cutting the meat) tell the guy in the middle to “give one layer to just give the taste of turkey”. I didn’t say anything at the time, but I had already paid and was just waiting for the guy in the middle to add veggies and Mayo. I don’t like causing scenes, but I’m going on day 3 and this still bothers me, I should have spoken up. Or at least opened the sandwich right there but I was too tired and kinda in shock! I’m spending almost $45 for barely there turkey! I just continued to Giant Eagle for more turkey, and yes the sandwich barely had turkey and not even enough to compete with veggies and Mayo. Once that turkey was added, yes that sandwich was amazing and what my body needed. I won’t ever be going back to the McKnight location again. To the guys behind the counter, who may or may not care, you apparently don’t know the difference a meal can make for a person. 1 giant sub is enough to feed me for 4 small meals and more. People who have gone through chemo know! With this rather long winded event, check your subs to make sure you are getting what you pay for!

Really friendly workers and a pretty good protocol for gluten free sandwiches. The gluten free bread was worth the extra $1.50. The sandwiches aren’t super long unless you get a giant but the thickness is decent. The meat and cheese is sliced fresh when you order your sandwich and you can tell the difference from the pre-packaged version. I would recommend this spot over the usual chain sub shops.

Waited 30 minutes past pickup for mobile order after checking twice to ask if sub was being prepared and being told yes. Watched walk-in after, walk-in have sub made instantly. Got in line to ask a third time to find out that sub was never in queue to be made. Blank stares from team. Sub was made without a word of acknowledgment that there was an error. Nice.
