This was my first time going and definitely my last. I’m used to subs from Wegmans or DiBella’s. For the price of the food it truly was not worth the money. I also don’t care for the way the prepare the sub itself. Subway has a better set up in my opinion. Their process of making the sub is to put the meat on before the condiments.

Jersey Mike’s is amazing food but this location cannot get your order right to save anyone’s lives. So if you want a mystery sub, order from here because it DEFINITELY will not be what YOU ordered. Then they will try to argue with you on the phone saying that they watched the person make your sub “correctly” when you are literally staring at an incorrect sub. My sub was supposed to have turkey, lettuce, provolone and mayonnaise with added bacon…. If you look closely, you will clearly see a lot of stuff, I did not order on it. They were quick to refund my card, but this is not ok to happen MORE than once. Also i was sold a gift card they didn’t load the money onto. The excuse of being a “new location” is a weak one.

Phenomenal Experience-I visited store #34078 on 5/13/23 and I was blown away by the amazing service I received. The staff was beyond friendly and introduced themselves to me. They were present and ready to work. Each staff member was either helping a customer or cleaning or stocking and they were all smiling. They all got along and no one was on their phone or ignoring the customers as I have seen too many times in other restaurants. This is only my 2nd visit to Jersey Mikes, but it will not be the last. I will happily return rather than visit Subway or DiBella’s (which are only down the street).

It is not 100% olive oil, it contains 50% vegitable oil which has been known to cause health issues. They place the bread and lid on to the dirty bare counter when making subs which should be considered unsanitary. They have very little choices and variety. If you like avacado, spinach, olives, or pepperjack cheese, they don’t have it. Subway does though. They splash way too much oil and it makes the sub diacuatingly soggy on the cheap bread that they use.

Love the subs especially the original Italian. The service is usually very good but 2 times I had not very good service I ordered the original Italian on rosemary Parm bread and it was because it was the end of the meat (salami, pepperoni, cappacuolo, prosciuttini and cheese the ham is the only thing that was ok) so the sizes we’re very small and I asked the girl if it’s the end of the meat and the size of the slices are that small they should put a few more slices on the sub and she says she did but she didn’t because I count the slices on it and the next time I went and got a sub it was the same amount of slices. The second time was an online order I wanted my sub on the rosemary Parm bread and when I got home it was on regular Italian I should have got a phone call telling me you were out of that bread because I would not have gotten that sub I called and was told I could bring it back for a refund or get a different sub one of the reason I go to Jersey Mike’s is for the rosemary Parm bread it very good I can get Italian bread any where. I was home and I was not going to drive back I love your subs but next time I will only go in and order my sub and if it’s the end of the meat and they don’t add a few extra slices of meat I will just leave and go else where. Over all your subs are good and most of the employees are friendly with the exception of a few.

Made my first and last visit to Jersey Mike’s subs. Ordered a buffalo chicken sub. It was supposed to be a hot sub. Even though I arrived at scheduled pickup time, the sub was already cold. Bad start. Lettuce was wilted and gross from being placed directly on what I assume was once hot chicken. Should have layered the tomatoes first as a heat barrier. Lettuce was so soggy, it all had to be picked off so i wouldn’t gag. Bread was not good at all. Like Subway, it just had a mass produced feel and texture (and corn meal…why?) only it was worse than subway bread. To the owner, I suggest you walk down the street to Rubinos and see what a sub roll should taste like, because your subs aren’t fit for consumption. One of the least memorable sandwiches I’ve had in years. Rubino’s is the standard, a superior sub on a fresh wonderful roll. Shoulda known better.

Over $20 for a sandwich, small bag of chips and a fountain drink. The sandwich was very soggy because the lettuce and tomato was so wet. I was very disappointed. It’s definitely not worth the money and it probably will be the last time I ever go there.

Ordered simple chicken philly w/ mushroom, prov cheese and mayo. Arrived home and took big bite including peppers and onion. Good thing I dislike them and not allergic. People are friendly here, price is a bit much when you compare to Rubinos that has more meat and cheaper even when adding bacon. Overall unimpressed, wouldn’t choose to eat again.
