My hubby and I visited Jersey Mike’s for 2nd time only because it was their Day of Giving on March 29, 2023. The first time we visited (few months ago) we left without buying anything since we thought subs were overpriced (even tho we had a coupon at the time!). Since 100% of proceeds were going to charity, we decided to put the price aside and purchase a couple subs. We got Giant Club Supreme ($16.95) and Regular Philly Cheese Steak ($9.35). Subs were very good for a sandwich shop, but still feel they were overpriced, especially for the size of the regular sub! The staff behind the counter seemed to be in good spirits and were very friendly. It was a bit hard to hear them since the music playing was pretty loud. If I didn’t happen to look in the direction of the cashier, I wouldn’t have even known she was talking to me. Overall, good subs, but probably won’t eat here again due to prices. Maybe next year when they have their Day of Giving

Keep going back and forth unfortunately. 1 worker there makes the subs very well. Went in again and I ordered a veggie sub, no green peppers so she makes the sub with lettuce and cheese (as I wanted it) and literally puts 3 slices of cheese on it. Prior I said I don’t want the Swiss cheese, just provolone please and again 3 slices of cheese, lettuce and some mayonnaise for $8 is a lot. I don’t want to hover over a worker and ask them to put more on when the logical thing would be to fill it more with other ingredients. When I run out of coupons I won’t be going back. Common sense. Wish the workers would think would I pay $8 for this..hm. Nope? Ok then.

The workers act like you are inconveniencing them by coming in there. You’re teenagers inside air conditioning on a 90 degree day your life is not that bad. I’ve only been twice and won’t go again because it was ridiculous both times. I literally have to greet them and then stand there awkwardly and end up having to walk them through my order. Desperate need of customer service training. Maybe have music playing so they don’t seem so bored and miserable

We’ve been to this Jersey Mikes location a few times since they opened and have found it to be great. Yesterday we ordered a #9 club supreme and it was excellent! Maybe one of the best subs I’ve ever had. Ordered online and it was ready early. Very impressive location.

I stopped in for lunch and ordered two subs at the Fairmount location. The workers didn’t speak to us for a bit and then once we did order no one changed their gloves. My family we don’t eat pork and the worker used the same gloves while making multiple subs that included salami and ham before he grabbed the turkey to put on my sub. They also wiped crumbs and food off the counter and still never changed their gloves. Just overall wasn’t content with the service aspect.

I placed an order online 3/16 and hung out well after the ready time. I never got my food because I couldn’t stay through lunch waiting for lunch so I asked them not to prepare it. The staff said they would refund me via the app and never did. Im sure they are good usually but they prepared 2 app orders way faster than mine who showed up later. never made my food so they lost nothing, gained time, money and I lost 20 bucks.

The food itself is amazing but the service for online ordering is unfortunately atrocious. If the store closes at 9 p.m. but you don’t accept online orders for pickup at 8:25 p.m., you should clearly state this policy on the website instead of having your guests find out AFTER assembling the order that it can only be fulfilled the next day at the earliest.

Very different experiences. Ordered veggie mini sub, didn’t want peppers on it so its just cheese and lettuce. 1st worker gave me multiple slices of cheese and actually filled the small sub with lettuce. Next worker made the same sub-literally 2 slices of cheese and maybe 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce. Glad I had a coupon for some free chips cause wow, a mini sub the size of a fist coming to a little over $6 is absurd. A little too much talking between the staff, should have been a quick pop in to order it and there was no 1 ahead of me yet took about 8 minutes. Overall decent.
