Waited 15 minutes more than what the app said, got forgotten about after telling them I was there, eventually got my food, went home, only to discover these people can’t even make a sandwich right. Forgot to put on lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, and I only got 1 slice of bacon. This sandwich is pitiful. Go save yourself the bad experience and go to the one by the foam and wash down the road, they know how to make a 6 ingredient sandwich. Wasn’t even a custom sandwich, just a club sub right off the menu. I don’t get what’s so hard about that. And how do you take 30 minutes to put cold meat on bread. Couldn’t even finish making it

Everytime I have ordered through the app my order has always been ready on time. Today I stopped in and waited while my sandwich was made and I’ve got to say the staff is one of the friendliest I have come across at all the businesses in the area. tonight it was a mess at this location it was very slow and not organized ,I’ve been here many times and always perfect ,the sandwich was very light in cold cuts not like previous visits and the hot food was backed up bad and they were making one sandwich and then made mine wrong had to correct it ,I hope next time it’s better ,I’ve been to all your locations up here but tonight was bad
