Pros: Kept it classic and I’m glad I did. Got a regular turkey, mike’s way with pickles, mayo and jalapeños. The freshness of this sandwich blew me away (esp the shredded lettuce). I can taste that they use good quality ingredients like their meats, olive oil and vinegar. My sister had visited their Manhattan location before but I’ve never tried it. So glad I did. The smell inside when you walk in is heavenly. There were lots of staff working behind the counter and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Great experience and wonderful addition to the Shirley/mastic area. Will be back.

I never award a good rating unless it is truly earned.

I love their sandwiches, however, I will no longer be able to do business with this newly opened establishment in Shirley, NY bc they IGNORE the flies who enjoy the breads they lay out on the counter while making to go orders! I was so grossed out I forgot to video it. Jesus, the young man making sandwiches, didn’t even pretend to see the flies litting on the laid out breads. My suggestion is if a sandwich is not being made, DON’T LEAVE BREAD OUT ON THE COUNTER FOR FLIES TO ENJOY. They’re NOT paying for a sandwich. Buyers beware!

I went in Monday and Cassandra and James both helped me tremendously with what the most popular sandwich’s were and what their favorites were before ordering a giant 42 and I was so impressed at their speed, communication and cooperation together! Great staff. Will definitely be back!

The grand opening was on Wednesday, I believe, but I went yesterday because I was working in the area. The food was great and delicious compared to their competitor Subway and everything was done in front of you compared to Subway’s prepackaged and cut ingredients (they sliced the meat and etc in front of you). The price is kinda high though and I doubt I’ll be returning due to it..also the service was as slow as it gets; 6 people were in line and we were moving at the pace of a snail. I also forgot to take pictures of the interior and food..mb.

Was great thenfirsr few times and has been awful. The quality is terrible and I oay extra for more meat and I seem to get less. Sad because I really liked ordering here a few times a week. Nothing like getting the old.bait and switch.AVOID if you are hungry they will give you a small soggy portion. 711 is better now.

Just wanted to express what I saw while waiting for an order: the employee Mia was killing it handling the wrapping, bagging, back end, and register. She was very sweet to customers with no help. Y’all should give her credit!

Finally gave this place a try via mobile app. Was worried that the regular size was going to be too small but I was wrong. Sandwich was great, incredibly fresh and loaded with meat. Employee was friendly and quick. Will be back again.

Was great when first opened, 3 weeks later terrible service. Ordered online and had to wait for inside line to finish for 30 mins before I was even acknowledged. What’s the point of ordering online?

Extremely overpriced dump, food was mid chick filet would’ve been 10x better in shirley then a corporate sandwich shop that calls Heros subs… go to Tj’s in mastic twice as much meat on your Philly cheesesteaks for much less cost. Jersey mikes should stay in jersey.
