HORRIBLE, Absolutely INCOMPETENCE, ordered 2 subs, one with no onions, one with extra onions, and they F__d it up by not putting any onions. Black guy cutting meat was extremely unprofessional, he f__d up and didnt own up to it making it seems like I did something wrong. Either he didnt put right instructions on the order ticket or the girl making it didn’t read or doesnt know how to read. Then just wanting to put onions on top like it’s a cold cut sandwich and I said no, I wanted it integrated like a regular hot sandwich, I ordered philly cheesesteak. Then he goes, u want us to make another one, I said, you know what, sure. Then he goes, u stay here (by the register), not where I was standing earlier (by the order location) where I was watching them make my sandwiches. I said, if i wasn’t standing there, u would have sold me a sandwich, which was wrong. I could stand there earlier, but not now? WHY? Also, him telling me, we are a little busy right now, and I said, I’m a customer and ordered like everyone else, what do u mean u are a little busy right now? And now u want me standing and waiting for my new sub far away, so u can spit in my new sandwich or something, I goggled another jersey mikes location and left. Those incompetent workers need to be fired.

Wonderful service. I was there between 12-1pm (heavy rush) and seeing the staff, Megan, Steve and Jaquan handle the rush along with other complication so appropriately. They were friendly, accommodating and professional. I appreciated their hard work and dedication. Being on the other side of the counter, appreciated the team work.

I went to the Farmingdale location it was the worse experience I ever experienced. But what a breathe of fresh air when I called Lindenhurst the GM Meghan was the most professional and very accommodating. She help me with my order and when far and beyond to help me. I will only recommend this location which I did to all my friends and family. Definitely the best guest experience.
