I went to the Bayville location on July 11th at around 2:00. I have gone to this location often,as well as other locations. The staff that regularly work there are good. I did not recognize the two males who were there today. i had great difficulty getting the man starting the order to follow my instructions. He was blaming me. It was frustrating. The other two people were pleasant enough. However, when I arrived at my son’s house with the food, my daughter-in-law noticed the bag was leaking. I am not talking a few drops. The bag was so wet it dripped all over their floor. Apparently, whoever bagged the food had the dumb idea to put my two subs in the tub in the bag sideways. Now my grandson who was having a number 11 didn’t want to eat his because he thought there was tuna liquid on his food. We were celebrating a birthday and this put a damper on it for everyone. I don’t know when or if I will go to this location again.

Rude employees. Went in at 8:35 for 1 sub. They close at 9. The girl made it apparent they were very inconvenienced and annoyed by the order. I probably won’t go back now.

I went into the bayville nj store and was so happy with my service. The 2 young men working there were fun and very friendly. I was having a rough day and they made it so much better. I would love to see them get some credit for being so nice and welcoming.i was there on February 3 at about 3:30pm

This is not a Jersey Mike sandwich. I paid $17 for this one slice of meat and cheese. Ridiculous never going there again so disappointed. Skimpiest Jersey Mikes location in New Jersey. I was better off going to WAWA. Please spend your money elsewhere

While the staff is always friendly and do a good job the food is not good. I have gotten 3 different subs and each one does not taste fresh. Lettuce tasted is off almost sour. The cold cuts are not fresh at all. I go to another sub shop or even a convenience store the subs are much better. Also member of our family requires gluten free bread which JM has but it os bad. Very bad. Your staff is excellent but food needs to improve.

Nice quick service. Very personable staff. Well-made food, though a little pricy.

Jersey Mike’s subs has been one of our favorites almost 2 decades, evidently they recently had a policy change limiting the amount of meat that they put on a sub. We ordered a number five with extra meat and there was less meat than there used to be on a regular. We called and got a sassy answer.

I have had subs here prior to the skyrocketing inflation that were good. However now you get a thick layer of lettuce ,tomato , onions, and paper thin slices of meat. The staff was friendly, the taste of the sun was ok. I won’t be back. I could buy 2 Wawa subs that have more meat than the one giant Italian sub from Mikes.

I went to the Jersey Mikes in Bayville on June 22, 2021, early in the afternoon. I decided to get a couple of sandwiches before I went on the road. Big Mistake. There were two males and a female working there. I did not know at the time what was so important that the one male just had to whisper so quietly to the other male at the time, but after that the second male was very intent and persistent to pull me away from watching what was going on. Although now I have an idea.

My biggest pet peeve is when someone doesn’t change their gloves when they switch over from touching food, to handling money. I went in to get a sandwich tonight, and the man put all of the toppings on my sandwich, AND THEN PROCEEDED TO RING ME OUT WITHOUT TAKING OFF GLOVES, and the gloves to begin with looked disgusting. I know I probably sound like a crazy person, but I just find it absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. I threw my sandwich out as soon as I got out the door and I will not be going back.
