So after trying Jersey Mike’s in Texas, my hubby and I decided to try it here in NJ. First, I was disappointed to see the condition of the restaurant as I entered the establishment. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the visit. We ordered two “giant” subs (which took awhile to get considering the store was empty). When we finally received our orders, they were dry with more pickled peppers than beef and barely any cheese. I do not recommend this place.

I visited Jersey Mike’s and it was a decent experience. The sandwich was good, but not amazing. The bread was a little chewy, but the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The service was friendly and accommodating. I’d recommend Jersey Mike’s for a quick and satisfying lunch.

Associate needs to focus on quality, and not so much about quantity of subs, he’s producing. Trying to keep up with demand, the associate was putting out, the most anemic sandwiches ever. I don’t mind paying $18 for a quality sub, but on this occasion I felt robbed. I received a Shoprite quality sub, as did the gentleman before me.

Always get my subs here because they use meat that is antibiotic free. Tastes great

No. Subs shouldn’t be soggy messes with no flavor and they certainly shouldn’t cost this much. I can go to the local deli and get an Italian for half the price and it isn’t leaking through the wrapper and tastes much better. I tried 3 locations and the experience was the same. Lighten up on the vinegar already, its supposed to add flavor, not turn the bread to mush.

Worst experience I have had at this place. Usually excellent, no complaints at all. However, unfortunately they hired some new kid…had a Go T…could care less if he actually cooked the meat properly…sloppy, didn’t care about his job. Will go back, but will walk out if this dude is running the grill again.

Excellent tasting, fresh sandwiches. Best subs ever….but high priced and loaded with calories. That is why I only gave it 4 stars. If freshness, taste and over quality were the only factors to consider, I would give it 10 stars. The sandwiches are that good!
