Good food, good sandwich, very pleasant and efficient counter staff. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that I found it a little pricey. Most likely caused by recent inflation. I would recommend a try though.

Got double meat . Literally had to search for chicken on the sub. No mayo and wrote it in the insurrections as well. Sloppy mayo all over the sandwich. Never coming back here. Obviously don’t even read the order

Staff is very nice , store is clean. However, went there about a month ago to get my sandwich only to find 2 1” slices of bread instead of a mini. The I went back a few weeks.ago and although the order was correct I got home to find no oil or vinegar on my sandwich. I was given a replacement sandwich only when I got home there was no vinegar on it. I’ve watched the workers give it one swoop across the sandwich and aren’t squeezing hard enough for anything to come out. I will go to Pompton Plains from now on.

I’m impressed by the level of consistency between the Jersey Mike’s locations I’ve visited across the country. I’ve never had a bad experience. Staff seems well-organized and courteous, the food is consistently good, and the locations are all clean. I hope the company can keep it up.

Ordered online an hour and half in advance, came in and it wasn’t done, which isn’t too much of a big deal, but after they had the meats and cheese cut, they wouldn’t finish it for like 20 minutes, and kept skipping my sandwich, not good service, especially when it’s wasn’t even that busy today

I ordered a #8 Club Sub with no onions, I picked up the sandwich and drove home, it’s then I realize it had no mayo, turkey or Bacon and it had onions. I drive back and let the kid know that I must have the wrong sandwich, he inspects it like I’m trying to get away with something and then tells me to get back in line ( behind several people) and re – order the sandwich. I do and once again they leave out the bacon and mayo, I let them know right away before they wrap it that once again it’s not right ( the bacon and mayo are what make it a club sub! ) They fix it and hand it to me like I’m the problem, no consideration , no simple apology and no longer my business.
