I’d just like to point out that my family and I frequent Jersey Mikes and love their sandwiches. However, this was the worst takeout experience and most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever eaten in my life. This statement hardly touches the surface of my dissatisfaction with this experience. It was made completely wrong and it was as if the contents were thrown in a bun with no concern as to who would be eating it. The sad part is that businesses are currently competing for every customer that comes through the doors and with inflation as high as it is, small businesses are closing their doors because franchises have the financial edge. The team at this location can care less about the customer or the experience. I called to complain but no one answered; I left a message but no one called back. This Jersey Mikes used to be the best but a lot has changed. 🙁

Making online orders is so much better, because when we order something for both of us and one of us has an onion allergy, it’s really easy to put that in their online order. The interface is very simple to use and it’s very easy to make clear which sandwiches for which person and what ingredients and what dietary restrictions are necessary. We very much appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into that. The bread is really good. The meats and cheeses and vegetables are generally good quality and fresh. It’s a simple, easy, tasty take out experience 90% of the time.

I will NEVER go back to this location. There were a few things that I did not like, starting with the sandwich maker. When I started to make my order he told me to wait, which was fine because he was in the middle of making another order but he did asked me if I was all set and ready to order, kind of threw me off. We asked if we could turn the purchase into a meal and he kind of nodded but we weren’t sure if that was an answer or not… he just seemed fed up… then when they were going to wrap the sandwiches up, they were removed from the board and placed directly on top of the payment counter with NOTHING! underneath.. I don’t want an apology, I don’t want a message saying please contact us for more information.. I want nothing from Jersey Mike’s.. I will NEVER go back to this location… DO BETTER

I paid over $20.00 for a sub to go, when I got home the bread was stale. Nobody answers the phone finally after 10-12 calls someone answered. Employee told me to call at a certain time to speak with owner/manager Tony, not there left message with employee and on voicemail never received a call back. This used to be a great sub, not anymore you are not getting what your pay for.

This particular store is on the smaller scale but it has everything it needs. I will say that my bill was miscalculated and I was charged an extra sub but I will be visiting and I’m sure they will do right by me. Will update if necessary.

Ordered a mini sub and a regular sub and got them back the exact same size. What’s the point in putting different sizes as an option if they cut them however they want anyways?

Ordered a kids meal along with another mini sub and the manager charged me for everything separately! The location didn’t have a big sign outside the plaza so I road past two times. First time trying the meat is cut in front of you, the didn’t have black olives however my sandwich was good enough to return!
