Totally hit or miss. It would be worth taking the risk if it wasn’t so expensive. I can’t afford paying $15 to risk having a steak and cheese that isn’t even chopped up. This is extra steak by the way. Most places out at least this much on. I probably won’t be back. Erik’s church has a decent steak and cheese.

I am so happy I finally decided to check out Jersey Mike’s. They went above and beyond with their service, far exceeding how other places are to make sure my food was made perfectly, they took great care in preparing my food as to accommodate my allergy to gluten and it was such quick service! I don’t even think 5 minutes passed before I had my hot Philly cheese steak sub in my hands. Having an allergy it is hard to find gluten free food. The service from the employees was above and beyond, they made sure to take the time and and use new gloves etc. to ensure my bread stayed free of gluten! As I was leaving I was asked how I enjoyed my food! Now that is 5 star service! I am glad I went in because I now have a new sandwich spot, especially since subway got rid of gluten free! But I am now glad they did otherwise I probably wouldn’t have checked out Jersey Mike’s. The quality of the sandwiches are wayyyy better anyways!

I’ve always enjoyed the food and have recommended Jersey Mike’s to others. I order online to save time. Usually the customer service is average but that was not my experience today. There was a young girl who spoke rudely to me when another employee asked me my name. She also spoke rudely to other employees. As I left the store she thanked me for telling her how to do her job after I told her I understood they were busy and she didn’t need to speak to me rudely. I hope Jersey Mike’s can find more polite employees or I will no longer continue to go there.

I’ve never been to such a terrible sandwich location in my life not a single adult in the place to help run it smoothly zero soap in the bathroom. The staff were incompetent at best. All the tables were filthy and dirty, food left all over the seats as well including the floors. The bathroom was disgusting and they had trouble even taking a simple order. This location truly needs an adult to help run it very disappointed and will not recommend it to a single person and I hope nobody will have to have a similar experience. This location truly needs to be shut down.

Just plain awful. The bread was tasteless and sort of chalky. The tuna in my sandwich was a watery paste that did not really taste like tuna at all. There were a few strings of veggies in it that tasted like cardboard. My husband’s sandwich was no better. I ordered online and our order was late getting done. There were no greetings or thank you’s, just a couple grunts. When my order was done they sort of just pointed to it. We will not be returning to any Jersey Mike’s. My stomach is still upset.

TERRIBLE BEHAVIOR AND SERVICE. Generally good subs and good service but today @ 12:50pm, after prepaying and leaving a tip… my order took 45 minutes. Upon calling it to their attention and stating I wasn’t complaining (but would like some attention), one of the guys behind the counter started taking an attitude and mocking me. Another customer got involved stating she also felt the tall guy was being inappropriate… and he began mouthing off at her as well. I order almost every week and I’ve bought gift carts and promoted Jersey Mike’s to a lot of folks but based on today… NEVER AGAIN. If that guy is working… I’m walking out after shouting why to the crowd. Goodbye JM!

I feel like one star is a gift. I ordered one single turkey sandwich at 7:40 pm. Scheduled pickup for 7:59. I walked in at 8:00 to find it not ready. Fine, I’m patient, but then I watched as the workers fulfilled order after order for people walking in while ignoring the pickup orders. It was only after my 3rd checkin when asking for a refund did they make my sandwich. Not only that but the place wasn’t clean and the sandwich was subpar at best. Go elsewhere.
