I was the only one in the place at the time I placed my order. It took them 20to 25min to make a steak and cheese sandwich that was almost my entire 1/2 hour break from work. D’Angelo’s is right in the same plaza 2 doors over and it takes them a lot less time and by the time I get back to work down the street I have plenty of time to eat if I choose D’Angelo’s. So I will not be stopping in again.

Was so happy to hear that they were opening a Jersey Mike’s in Middletown. The inside is very nice, plenty of seating, and the subs are fresh and filling. Had a slight issue with my order, but an employee fixed the issue quickly and made it right! Great customer service – which you can’t get everywhere.

Don’t go past 7PM, no urgency with the staff. It shouldn’t take 5 minutes to put toppings on one sub. Early Day staff are great at moving the line forward, late staff create a line do to being slow. Fresh, and delicious but the late sandwich makers look miserable. We were waiting for over 15 minutes with just a few people in line ahead of us. Also my buddy got ignorantly talked to by the guy on the grill because he wanted his bread grilled before they put Tuna on it. I thought the Motto was serving every sandwich with a smile? We both got a horrible vibe from this night crew.
