I love jersey mikes. the chipotle philly cheesesteak is my absolute favorite thing to eat. However im so so absolutely upset ab the service rn. I just got out of a surgery and called 15 minutes before y’all closed. i explained that i knew it was close but i haven’t eaten in 24 hours and the only thing i’ve been craving was that cheesesteak. the man was very short with me and honestly kinda rude even tho you could literally hear the tears in my voice. he refused to even entertain the thought of just making one more sandwich for me and then i started crying cuz he was rude and hung tf up on him. i get it was close to closing time but as someone who works in customer service and has a heart i would have made that sandwich so fast. i’m so disappointed and sad and i would boycott if i didn’t love that sandwich. maybe i’ll just go to a different place me from now on cuz this location clearly lacks a soul.

Had an online order with specific instructions for two sandwiches neither were right. The swearing and racial slurs that the staff were using on the night of 8/28 needs to stop before something happens especially when they’re being yelled across the restaurant.

I ordered a ham and cheese with mayo and lettuce. It was the worst sub I ever had in my life! The bread was hard and the ham was disgusting and there was no mayo. never again.

All i had to eat all day yesterday was 2 giant Blts from here and i now am sick as a dog with food poisoning the atmosphere was great and the staff are super nice not sure what happend ate one for lunch and one for dinner very disappointing

I ordered two sandwiches, a bag of chips, and a brownie on a Thursday night on December 29. The workplace looked understaffed; there were 5 to 6 other people waiting for their order before me. I ended up waiting over a half hour for my order; I finished my brownie and chips 20 minutes ago. At this point I got frustrated and wondered where their boss is. The general manager should be there to help their crew and getting orders out quickly and efficiently. Would I go there again? Not likely.
