I have ordered 3 separate times in the past month for pick up through the app and had great experiences every time! My (sometimes complicated) orders have been accurate and ready to go at the promised pick up time on each visit. The staff have also been polite and efficient. The store is also clean and organized even during busy dinner rushes!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Always liked Jersey Mike’s. This location is decent. The pickup setup is horrible. All the bags are kept backwards and an employee is supposed to hand you your food. The whole point of ordering online is to get rid of the human interaction.

Food is good, but service is terrible. Ordered a sub 30 mins prior to arriving at the store. When I got there I waited another 15 mins for them to make my sub. Eventually got tired of waiting and left without getting my order.
