Twice now recently, I’ve ordered from the stoneham Jersey Mike’s, and both times my order was screwed up. This time every single item in my order was wrong, including this sub that literally was prepared with only tomato cheese and lettuce on it (NOT what I ordered). What the hell. Called several times to let the staff know, and no one answers the phone. So frustrating.

Eat at many different jersey Mike’s and love them for the consistency across all shops. Unfortunately that is not the case at this location. No customer service, made subs without asking what we want on it. Bread was toasted to a crisp for some reason? Portions were way off. Very disappointing, hopefully this doesn’t start to carry over to other locations.

I’ve been to a couple Jersey, Mike’s, and this one is the same. It is a small restaurant with very limited seating for elderly and limited options for Subs. They are also very limited options for condiments. The food is bland and expensive. I will not be coming back.

Slowest jersey Mikes I’ve ever been too. 7 people working back there and none of them do anything. 3rd time coming in here and it’s always the same. Everything is in slow motion. 20 minutes to get a take out Italian.

Ordered the #26 bacon chicken ranch cheese on rosemary. Bread was disappointing and didn’t taste anything like rosemary or parm. ALL OF THE CHEESE was stuck to the wrapper. There was basicly no ranch on the sandwich. I would say the sandwich was put together upside down. All the meat was piled on top.
