On today’s day i came with my so. to eat at this jersey mikes in trinity on 54 and little road as we were fishing our food my son look at the window and we saw a a baby roach crawling through the glass window and another one in the from table when you enter to the left this is a health issue that needs to be fixed immediately

I like my roll cut on one side not all the way through, I asked for the to cut it the way I like and they refused. Asked to speak to manager and spoke to the owner and still refused. Stated not allowed . Corporate policy. I thought Corporate policy was customer service is number 1. If I ask for a simple request , it should be accommodated. I will not return to this location. And have not. I’ll take my business to the other locations, all others accommodate.

Worst experience I‘ve ever had. No one asked me which size or bread I wanted. I received attitude when I let the staff know I wanted a giant size after they started grilling the toppings. I noticed they put white bread next to the grill and asked if I can actually have the rosemary parm. The girl said she already put Mayo on and can’t waste the bread, but maybe the staff should ask what type of bread customers would like before starting to make the sandwich. The girl claimed to be a manager but said she isn’t allowed to tell me her name and none of the staff was wearing name tags. Is that one of jersey mikes policies? I asked for a Corporate/customer service number to complain and they wrote a fake phone number and the name Rick on a piece of paper. Will not go back to this location.

We have eaten food from this location for years. It has always been great but recently the quality and quantity of food has gone into the toilet. Not sure what changed but the food is terrible now. For example, the meat in the Italian sub is nearly 100% ham with 1 slice of pepperoni and salami. There is very little flavor. Very sad to see the decline.
