New Jersey Mike’s location and impressions after first views visits has been good. Nice, clean space and friendly staff. Food is what you would expect at Jersey Mike’s and the freshly made to order subs are quite satisfying. They have a variety of sub choices, including cold and hot, as well as topping choices. Solid spot especially for a chain. This one seems very well run this far. Much, much better in my opinion than say Subway.

The place was swamped with only 2 employees working. They worked as fast as they could and were very nice and personable. It took a while to get .y food, but as always at Jersey Mike’s it was well worth the wait!!!

My turkey sub was delicious and the guy at the counter was so nice and seemed to make it a fun place to work and eat. Even though there was a line it moved very fast without compromising quality. I will be going back!

This location just opened and we went for the first time, ordered online and got a buffalo chicken giant sub… got home and it was beef instead of chicken. Called and was told we would have to drive back out there and bring back the sandwich in order to get a refund. Guess I should have unwrapped the giant sub before leaving to make sure the primary ingredient was correct… if I hadn’t gotten it with buffalo sauce and ranch it wouldn’t have been bad with beef, but it was a strange combo. 3 stars because the tuna was good and the sandwich was still edible, but certainly weird and not what I ordered.

Placed order online. Walked in and told them I was waiting for a pickup. Gave them my name. They looked confused then said they were “Working on it.” I sat down by the register and waited, 4 people ordered there food and left during this time. I was there about 20 minutes now when finally a worker asked if she could help me. I told her I was waiting for my pickup order. Turns out it was on the counter in front of another pick up order that had been made after mine.

no one was ready to take my order when i walked in, and then when the workers were done having a personal conversation they noticed i was standing there. the lady who cut bread and meat just kinda stared at me and i was like “how are you?…” and she was like “good. what do you want.” i was like “oh okay. i want two number 7’s, but they’re gonna be different.” (i’m not a worker or frequenter of jersey mikes so i don’t remember EXACTLY how you order there). she says “so.. you want two number 7’s.” and rolled her eyes in my face. after that i just kept a straight face and answered her shortly. keep in mind this isn’t a teenager or a young woman. this is a grown lady rolling her eyes at me. very disrespectful and i don’t recommend coming here if you want good customer service.

Compared to all other chain sandwich shops these are the top of the food chain. This location has friendly and competent employees. I’ve never had an issue here. App based orders have been correct and ready on time. I like their promotions, including BOGO coupons which are available every few months. The rewards program is also nice and I’ve had many free lunches with it. You’ll pay twice as much here than you would at Subway, but it’s at least 5x better. Totally worth it.

I walked into the Jersey Mikes and asked if any of the bread is vegan. I was picking up food for my sister, who is vegan. The store staff responded with “I don’t know; I just work here” which I found incredibly rude. That certainly is the job of staff to know or at least offer to find out what will not meet a customer’s diet restrictions. I would have gladly accepted them pointing me toward a website with an ingredients list, but this staff member decided that not only is it not her job but I didn’t deserve the decency of a more kind answer. Moving forward, I would not trust this store to tell me if allergens in my food as I’m sure they would believe it is “not their job” to know. I could ask the same question to find out, “does your bread contain eggs?” which might ask because I am allergic to eggs. I am tempted to speak with a manager for how poorly I felt about this interaction. I will NEVER visit this jersey mikes again.

I eat Jersey Mike’s two to three times a week, generally two locations due to work. I had to change my review for this location. Over the past few month they have really cleaned up their act. Before I gave them a less favorable review but now I can see much improvement. I love this location because it’s close to home, convenient. Great staff and a consistently great product, what can I say.
