Tried to order on DoorDash at 8:30 immediately was cancelled even though it said taking orders until 8:45 and you close at 9. Maybe don’t hire kids who’d rather close early and go out then do their job.

First time customer and looks like I am going right back to Subway down the road instead in the future. I was excited to get a buy one get one coupon in the mail and try JM’s ENP NY #34046. Went in and ordered two large sandwiches and then was told the coupon only applied to regular size sandwiches. In my view I bought 2 regular size sandwiches and should have received 2 regular size sandwiches in return as per the coupon. As I understand and per the picture in the store, large size is 2x regular size. Felt like a cheap, arbitrary way for them to wiggle out from under a customer getting a good deal I was entitled to per the coupon. Back to the Subway I have been going to 2x per week for years I guess.

It’s a chain what do you expect! Decent sandwich for a reasonable price, love the lettuce, tomatoes and juice! Definitely a safe bet when you’re in an unknown area and don’t know a good deli near where you’re at.

This place won’t be around long. 1st visit great cheese steak, worthy of returning. Return visit arrived at 8:40 says open until 9pm. it was locked up tight & closed. Returned once again on 10/29/22 – I was told they had no bread, they were out. Imagine a sandwich shop that bakes their own bread & ran out ? They offer regular, wheat, & gluten free, they had NONE. Returned today 11/23 at 1:15 after waiting my turn in line, I ordered a large Philly on a wheat hero, was told they have no wheat they are out. I walked out. On my way out a condescending male teenager laughing, barked “have a nice day sir” This place & their clueless, obnoxious children that work there are a disgrace & the owner should be made aware of what’s going on. Not only are they lacking customer service, but manners as well. Don’t waste your time or money here, unless you like being disappointed EVERYTIME you go !! The only thing that’s consistent here are terrible, rude, employees, managers included & running out of bread & supplies required to make a simple sandwich. Three strikes in 3 months, your out. You have now proven it was no mistake, or a one time issue & have earned this review. I Won’t be returning. Good luck to: “Mr. Walsh & Ms. Daly” who obviously can’t see the forest from the trees. Better step in quickly, pay attention and stop the bleeding before your forced to close the doors. What a shame, it had potential.

One word: Ew. Everything on the sandwich tasted gross and despite the sauce, the chicken was all dried out. My stomach still feels gross 3+ hours later. Can’t recommend/won’t be back.

The shift leader at the time I came in was extremely rude to his employees and gave me a ton of attitude. Very Tall brown hair didn’t catch his name. Have had a ton of great experiences with Tisha but this guy was in no way great. Never I my life have I gotten this much attitude from an employee. I was disappointed

I ordered on the app at 12:15 for an order to be delivered curbside at 12:30. I understand that lunchtime is likely their busiest time, so I gave them extra leeway. (The app accepted the order.) I arrived at 12:40 and indicated on the app that I was waiting outside. At 12:50 I went inside the store, and they had not even started to make the sandwiches I ordered. I asked about this and of course was told “we’re busy, sorry”.

The store was very clean and tidy, so that’s a plus. However, the sandwich making was very subpar. I’ve eaten at other Jersey Mike’s locations, so I thought I knew what to expect. Staff was very quiet, lots of mumbling. Most of them looked miserable and barely made eye contact. Asked for my sandwich to be “Mike’s Way”. The employee drenched it with about 10 heavy shakes of the vinegar followed by the oil, so the sandwich was a slippery soggy mess. The next employee attempted to cut it in half which resulted in a slice about 3/4 down one edge of the sandwich. The boy who rang me up was very pleasant and friendly. When I got home the sandwich was falling apart due to the excessive amount of oil/vinegar. Looked like someone dunked it in water. I understand that this place just opened, so I will definitely give it another chance. Just wanted to give some feedback that they can work with to make it a better experience for customers.

I love Jersey Mike’s, I’ve been to this location a number of times and it seems that half the time I order from here even if it’s something simple – it’s incorrect. And on top of that the person who I assume is the manager for a number of reasons is very rude, and has openly blamed customers – myself included for mistakes in orders. Very poor service and I’m inclined to drive further to a different location because of these things.
