The subs are priced wrong online- they are a few dollars more than listed. Not the employees fault though. The subs are delicious! Much bigger than expected. If you get the full, it will feed two people easily. The better deal since it would only be about $8 a piece per person then. The ingredients definitely taste better quality than just your average sandwich, they are fresh too.

The staff was super friendly answering all questions as this was our first time there. The amount of meat they use is a ton as the finished sandwiches weighed 12 and 13 ounces for footlongs! All meat was sliced for each sandwich which was super cool. I do wish more cheese was offered as I am not a fan of Provolone. I got The Boss and it was ok, then I swapped out the Provolone for some Colby I had on hand and it was awesome! So my lunch the next day was the star meal for me. Huge sandwich, tons of meat and friendly staff. This is so much better than any Subway or Jimmy Johns, and although it is pricey it was worth it! If they would add cheese options I would 5 star this in a heartbeat 😉

I haven’t had Jersey Giant since I lived in the Lansing area over a decade ago. I wad SO happy to see one so close to home. The sub was exactly as I remember SO DELICIOUS. Staff was okay, not terrible but also nothing to write home about.

When I rate chains it’s not based on the food because the food is typical fast food. It’s usually on the quality of the service. They are always fast and friendly and we never wait long to order and sandwich.

Just discovered this sub joint a few weeks ago. I dislike Subway and Jimmy Johns is getting old. Awesome smells and tastes. I was disappointed in the non existence of meat though. Def would visit again if the above was rectified.
